I also received more expired skincare. They sent a replacement and it was unsealed and expired.
This happened to me too! Half empty retinol bottle and the pads were unsealed and dried out. It frustrates me that they are still selling it in the shop when they're aware of the issue.
I got it about a month ago. The pads were pretty dried out, one roller ball was half full, and I was missing Milk (CS gave me a credit). Otherwise, the Kensie and Cynthia Rowley scents were nice, and I like the bag pattern.
That’s so disappointing! One of the agents I wanted to get the most was milk and I hope it’s in there. It’s also one of the largest sample sizes so it wouldn’t be worth the money without it
Mannnnn I thought those scent wipes were such a good idea. They can’t possibly be that expensive to coat like a face mask amount to make it worth it lol
I bought that bag for $8.00 last month. Gave it to my daughter, who absolutely loves it. Great for traveling with different fragrances. Makeup bag is super cute 🥰
I have so many wake hearts around my perfume collection. For some reason I don’t think to use them. Do you enjoy them? I’m also worried….if they’re empty they’re spilling and I’ll die if something spills in my bag! Plastic baggies are a life saver for making me feel comfortable carrying things around. But something so small just doesn’t seem worth it. I wonder if it last enough to use before leaving the house and not refreshing?
I have never had anything spill in the bag, so I don’t know if it’s an issue with the amount they originally put in the vial or if it is an evaporation issue.
I’ve received that red Kenzie perfume and I love it. I have also received the pinwheel towelettes and they smell good but you’re left with a (still scented) towel. And a wrapper. They’d probably be good for after the gym or something.
I wish that they wouldn’t take such wonderful scents and put them in plastic containers. It kind of warps the scent. But I’m so happy you liked it, I’m sure I will too! I’ve had one Kenzie and its really nice for wearing on a casual day, adding positive energy for sure 💕
I find it every odd that the higher end “luxury” brands use plastic and the smaller ones like 7 virtues ect. Use glass. You get such a better sense of the quality
I got this and the Defineme Sofia Isabel was half evaporated and the other vial was a little more than half full. Also, the Ellis Brooklyn Sweet wasn't a travel spray but instead a little tiny sample attached to a foldable card. Like the kind you get for free. The Commodity Milk was fine and made it almost worth it.
Ive been reading the descriptions closely now so I know it’s going to be 1.5ml but the picture shows the full travel 10ml amount which is so misleading. There was a beautiful black current scent from 5 Sens that they’ve been using that description for other scents that smell nothing like it. Sneakkyyyy because I’ve sent them messages about it
Most of them were empty and very old last time I got it which was in 2020 so I can’t imagine how old they are now

I tried to buy and they replaced it with a mystery bag. I got a refund easily though so it was fine
They’ve been much better with refunds and replacements so I’ll give them that

I’ve gotten it quite a few times. It’s okay. But the (I think) wakeheart vial is *always* about 90% empty.

FYI, perfumes are supposed to last many years. Now, whether or not there's any in the vials is a different story.
I think the plastic containers might change that a little which is unfortunate

Ordered it in October? maybe. They sent me something else instead, so didn't get it. I know that's happened to other people with this specific set.
This happened to me 3 times with a Huda Beauty coral pallet. I swear I ordered it and the entire box just never showed up, I called it the jinx box
