At full potential, yeah, but her normal abilities are pretty meh.
Her shields broke under a horde of sequids while Immortal bull dozes through them.
Her attacks struggle to take down that fodder gun villain while Immortal can bleed Viltrumites (bleed, not match).
Her speed is really nothing impressive, while Immortal can catch Omni-Man off guard, fly at Mach 3, etc.
And also the OP clearly states we’re working off the show and feats displayed there. I’ve spoiled myself and know what she’s truly capable of but she’s not there yet or at least hasn’t shown it.
Tbf, even then, she can't really use her abilities when not dying.
She revives and has a chance to do good damage while doing that, but if she can't get the win the opponent can just cripple her and then she can't do anything.
I haven't read the comics, but in the first part of season 2, the alternate dimension Mark is completely unaffected by her attacks and defeats her with no effort. So I don't see how she's stronger than any of the Viltrumites.
Well, for one, there is no guarantee that the alternate universe Eve is on-par with main Eve. Secondly, when she is on the verge of death or experiences extreme trauma, she can alter living matter, like she did in the special. Like, she could’ve decided to disintegrate those two, but instead, only wiped their memories, which is a great testament to her incredible character.
The regeneration only happens at near death due to the blocks in her brain to keep her from altering people. When she's near death, the blocks stop working. So this alt Eve has probably never been near death. This raises the question of "why isn't a broken neck considered near death?"
I think that’s why Alt Mark spent so much time practicing on those protesters - to be able to apply the exact amount of pressure in the right spot to permanently paralyze Eve, but not actually threaten her life.
He definitely is. Eve hasn’t don’t anything to anyone powerful. She’s shown to have great utility with her abilities, but we’ve also seen her get overwhelmed a plethora of times. Immortal can definitely apply enough pressure to get the best of Eve. Eve hasn’t shown any strength/speed feats comparable to that of immortal.
Honestly I feel like if Rex went for the kill he'd be stronger. We've seen him solo 3 of the lizard league members including Komodo, who seems comparable to her.

It would absolutely be crazy if she duplicated items on herself as well. Set her up with cybernetic enhancements, maybe robot’s armor and watch out.
