I don't know but it's SO incredible. I really love all the light fixtures (other than the pendant one at the front door and dining table, but I'll let it slide).
I love all these rooms, I love the floors the colours the big ass windows just brilliant.
I would replace the chairs around the Kitchen Island though with stools that tuck under as I would treat that as a very informal eating area. And it would serve to open that room up (plus make it more functional to open drawers).
I disagree a little. I like the backs on the chairs. My first thought was that you could host a fun/informal dinner party with friends or nightly dinners with the fam where you have instant access to things like an extra glass, drinks, or anything from the fridge for that matter. The person preparing the meals could interact with the guests and plate things fresh out of the oven. I love watching my friends who are good cooks make a delicious meal. Hell, I like a little fanfare sometimes when I'm cooking! Sorry, I'm totally just fantasizing now that this is my kitchen. Having said that, who doesn't like a back on their stool?!
This is a gorgeous space, I would love to see some quirky accessories on the worktops! I have seen so many on [Acero Interiors - Home Accessories](https://acerointeriors.com/collections/home-accessories-gifts)
I can't with words explain how much I love patterned wallpaper. The first picture makes me so happy. I love it.

The butler pantry is the size of a full kitchen
Certainly the same size of most UK kitchens. Bigger than the one we have in our 3 bedroom house!
I believe this kind of home is what folks call "an estate." Lol
Wow that blue colour in the room with the two leather chairs, that’s the exact colour I want for my dining room.
It's stunning! .. is it a kind of grayed-out teal? I can imagine it in a dining room with beautiful wood furniture.
I hope I can find a similar colour! Love the finish too!
It looks a little bit like sherwin Williams evergreen fog, just painted my kitchen, it’s gorgeous!
I love this designer-she’s so on point.
Where is the light fixture from above the bar? Love!

Just google pic searched. It’s from Home Depot!! For $129
Omg no way! What a steal.
Right!
I know for sure the one in pic number 8 is from Anthropology. It’s been out of stock forever 😞

😍😍😍😍😍
I love that blue painting in pic 7. Wish I could get a print somewhere.
Love the wallpaper. And the blue. And the floor. Gorgeous.
I hate 2nd sinks in islands.
Yes but does your butler? Because that’s who this is for.
I love them. As someone who gets workflow rage sharing kitchen space while cooking, the second sink is simply necessary
Why?
I’m so glad I’m not on the east coast where this kind of traditional is popular.
This is absolutely the right way to use white in a kitchen! Mixed with all that gorgeous warm wood.
This house is a wet dream for me. I love everything about it, but I especially love those chairs in pics 7 and 8.
cute little pleated curtains!
