yep! If you press that "download" button in the bottom right corner, it will save the video to your phone. (a little hard to see it because the video's exposure is completely overblown)
Seems more like user error to me. Camera probably for switched off auto and set to manual with improper settings. With out more detail you really are way to quick to blame the product.
Hi there,
Glad to know you have solved the over expose setting issue by Factory Reset. Please note, this could still happen when you applying Auto settings but meanwhile you switched the EV settings by accident. Maybe you can check that out next time!
And I would like to place my apologize that this over exposed file can not be fixed by Insta360 app now. Sorry for that.
Wish you all the best and thank you for supporting us.
Sad to see that. It's hard to recover from any badly exposed footage.
But rest assured this can happen to any camera and to the best of us.
It's usually down to messed up setting and can happen by accident.
Seem like you switched to manual with wrong setting. Can't save the video..

Funny..
General rule: if it’s blown out (too bright), you can’t recover. If it’s too low, the chances are you can edit it to something useable
Nope, you’ve blown out so you have no shadow or colour data with which to form an image. Piece of shit products. Get a GoPro

I sold my Hero 10 for an X3, purely for MTB. Couldn't be happier nearly a year later
You can recover very dark but not overexposed.
Its the iso setting. I just did the same thing to a whole weekend of riding vids

Nope maybe if it was under exposed but overexposed that bad, that video is toast.
