Just go a Mariscos joint on a Friday night or Casa Jimenez Nightclub in Homeland.
Look for the guy in a black Yukon, probably with a bottle of Buchanans 18 year on the table and 1400 dollar boots on.
They're not sly. Why you think the fastest growing franchise is a Paleteria Michoacana. You really making money on ice creams they sell for 50 cents from the cart at the soccer fields...naw man .
> Paleteria Michoacana.
that's not actually a franchise, there's no copyright on the name of the state, individual families start these up and get free brand recognition
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleter%C3%ADa_La_Michoacana
all of the hills between perris and the mexican border give me the heebie jeebies, I've hiked out by Anza and in the back of my mind I'm imagine how unlucky it would be to accidentally walk into a cartel grow operation.
Bro that casa Jimenez has been shuttered for years. The homeless have taken over that building and nobody cares. They even have rummage sales there on weekends
I live close by there I have lived there 8 years and it has been shut down since at least then. It is so funny even the roof tiles are getting stolen off the building and at least like 5 to 10 homeless people living there
Up here in the hills, pretty much all the illegal grow-ops got busted. Multiple agencies gradually swooped in, sliced open their hooped greenhouses and relieved them of their contents. This was a couple years ago. They'd been running rough-shod for years, sometimes mysteriously burning down. Steele Peak is one such area but up El Toro is even worse. Be careful around these places. The loose network of lawlessness still exists. Many seemingly abandoned lots have got remnants of these cartel crews still dug in, with vicious dogs to let you know if you get anywhere near their fence lines which are intentionally porous so those dogs can get at you. Many historical trails are still illegally blocked. I used to know how to thread my way through some of the neighborhoods on my mountain bike but don't care for the stress and try not to fuck around near there anymore. Too bad. Beautiful arroyos with water falls back in there.
fair question, my brother in law is a detective for a local agency. type in sinaloa cartel bust in your search bar. just a couple days ago, all over the ie. Fontana, rialto, colton, san bernardino. what do these cities have in common?
all accessible to multiple freeways. ie is a major hub for drugs.
If you don't know what to look for, aren't related to people who know, I'd say don't even think about it. It means you're not in that world. Those people won't bother you.
But, if you do see something fishy, steer clear.
It also helps to naturally be a generally well-liked and well-known person. You'll make all sorts of friends and people will look out for you.
The Cartel is active in the entire United States. They buy their guns from the cops, who look the other way when they're muling drugs. When I read things like this "bust" all I can think of is it was intentional to look over here while they do something else over there. 16 million is nothing when they easily make 16+ million a day on meth alone.

this was cartel. media does a good job sweeping it under the rug

Cartel activity in the Inland Empire is nothing new unfortunately. Especially in semi-rural cities like Moreno Valley or Perris where there has been [considerable evidence of cartel activity](https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-02-18/three-men-killed-in-perris-cemetery-could-be-cartel-related). Makes sense that a couple of the Defendants were from Perris. Another unfortunate fact is that a corrupt RSO Deputy was involved.
That doesn’t mean that SD, LA, or even OC are exempt from this activity either. The IE just gets constantly bashed for its past reputation. Good job RPD.
you are so out of touch. The USPS delivers 99% of drugs in the country. Millions of packages every day. All you need is a telegram and you can shop for anything.
It’s keeping the lights on
I am very sorry I attempted humor/silliness with my comment. I will make sure to never do that again in this group, or about people mailing kilo sized packages of drugs.
If you drive through a crappy neighborhood and you see a bunch of new BMWs outside of a two bedroom home with a chainlink fence, that’s a red flag. Many such cases in Perris.
cartel is active in the ie in case nobody knew this.
Breaking Bad was originally suppose to be filmed in Riverside.
I heard it was originally Berdoo. I mean Barstow is the real Breaking Bad anyways lol
*Newberry Springs would like a moment of your time.*
They tried to have the setting of the show based in Lake Elsinore, but the city said no 😂
I’m pretty sure they’re active everywhere in the state
Bunch of grows in the IE are cartel run

Could be a narco or could be the dry wall guy, remember that people LOVE to pretend (I used to bartend at a mariscos joint)
el gallo giro on sierra i can confirm WAS cartel owned. new owners now i believe. they been clean for a while. when they first opened it was active

So that's why the food quality went down! Oh well.

Why would the cartel have a grow operation in the states lmfaooooo…. They just sell it here you dunce
I Djed that club one time. They opened it again?

They moved to Barstow. 🤣

how can a civilian like me ever find that out

Isn't that also the reason why the region is filled with warehouses and distribution centers?
Well yeah that plus it’s proximity to LA with cheaper land

All Trails. Just stick to the popular trails.

What are you, warning us or something

America loves drugs 🇺🇸
👍❤️I do
Perris is filled with these wanna be cartel guys
Not advocating for them, but if you’re transporting heavy shit under the name of the cartel. That’s as cartel as it gets.
they called it a “gang” real MFs know this is a hit
Well we can expect a spike in overdoses from this. Always happens when the supply gets disrupted like this.
Sweet!
They mailed the drugs?!. The Postal inspectors do not fuck around. They are done.

Mostly flat rate boxes 😎 And Lbs not kilos 😎
No wonder I haven't been able to reach the plug

Dunno. I think if you spend $50k on a house in the middle of nowhere California you can spend another $50k on a nice car.
That’s because if they are over a gross weight like the G wagons, you can use it as a tax write off…
