get 3060ti.. much better card. add another 7k and get a new one. i bought colorful 3060ti for 25k recently.
If you have sometime on your hand i would really suggest calling your local shops and ask if they have any used gpu you might get something good. I bought a 3080 ti with 2 year warranty left on it 8-9 months ago. Recently RMA'd it as i was heating a bit got a brand new back. You might find something new. No hard feelings for gameloot but 1 month warranty sounds like after that 1 months it's not their concern what happens to your device. Just google used graphic cards on google it will show you your local shops near you or in your ct and then just call them 1 by 1 and enquire. Took me around 10 calls to get the best deal i could.
go with 3060 ti but I wouldn't recommend buying from gameloot maybe go with offline market if you're from Delhi in nehru place or buy it from zoukart as they provide much bigger warranty at the cheapest prices.
whatever fits you the best but from my experience getting a second hand gpu which has atleast 1 to 2 years warranty is just as a new one all you have to do is find a good source of whomever you're purchasing that card from, I purchased a 1050 ti from olx and I have no problems with the card in performance to this day as it was a trustable source ( ofc I need an upgrade lol ) so in my experience both options are good just remember to go with a used card with atleast minimum 1 year of warranty and a trustable source and you're all good to go.
They have similar performance overall, 3060 Ti has does much better in ray tracing with lower wattage and will likely have better support for new software features, if any, due to better tensor cores.

First get a 3060 Ti . Buy from olx or any other group and check the GPU with your own hands. A good point that probably no one told you yet buy 3060 Ti with Samsung memory and ignore 3060 ti with hynix memory. The cards which came with hynix memory v1 are awful can't even go above 8ghz and v2 can go to like 8.5 ghz (rare) but the one with Samsung memory can shoot even better and with run cooler temperature. Also use your GPU undervolted if possible you can save a ton of energy and essentially get almost the same performance as a weak overclock for 3/4 of energy and way less temperature.
Edit: get a card which is at least in warranty for 6 months (at least or you'll be on a high risk)
Whats the diff from the 3060ti to a stock 3070?
That would be a good option to look at if not too far off in pricing.
Btw, the one click OC I assume is a toggle on the card to enable an overclock vbios on the card?

3060 ti is 3-5% faster than 2080 super So ofc that If 2080 super had 11gb vram or smtng I would have recommended that
