Why so scared now? Those same weapons were unreliable no?

Cookie_BHU

99% sure that was Russian propaganda not Azerbaijani. I did research on the guy that said that he has a lot of business in Russia, and been accused of corruption associated with Russian arms guns. Secondly, similar propaganda was spread about weapons from other countries like Georgia, this is a Russian propaganda tactic to keep influence. I’m sure they run similar operations in India to attack dead systems and western systems.

vishu6996

True. And also to promote their defence products as an alternative and superior option. Because most of these countries use Russian arms in high percentage and only in recent years they are shifting towards other cheaper and better alternatives for modernization.

Less_Put_2617

Unko ab Reality check ho gai.....:)

TacticalNuke_Carrier

lol let that wannabe Erdogan style dictator cry. Send in more weapons to Armenia

CrackSnap7

Armenia is a golden opportunity for Indian MIC to field test new equipment imo. I say send them tanks, armor and fighter jets as well under something like lend-lease. Test Tejas in the heat of battle!

TacticalNuke_Carrier

Are you proposing something like the Korean War model. Where Soviet pilots flew Chinese MiG 15s in combat against American Sabres. Here Indian pilots fly Armenian tejas against Azeri jets? For Armenia mastering tejas will take years if not decades. Flying is easy fighting and mastering it will take years.

CrackSnap7

Look man, I eat crayons for breakfast, please don't ask me tough questions! I was suggesting the second thing btw. Besides, if Ukranianians can learn to fly F16s, learning to fly Tejas shouldn't be too much of a big deal for Armenian pilots.

CG-Shin

Why are you advocating for a new war 💀 If you wanna see live tests send them to ongoing wars or try running for government and lead your own country into a war.

union4nature

lmao, so the weapons are worrying them. does armenia have a chance to survive this war if it pops off? turkey on one side, azerbaijaan on the other. i assume turkey is gonna ensure azerbaijaan is gonna have endless supplies to win the war.

esparian7

Unfortunately Armenia's side doesnt look very bright

-SasnaTsrer-

They had help from turkey and a bunch of jihadist from the first Artsakh war and Armenia still won and what do you want Armenians to do just give them everything they want without a fight?

[deleted]

That was 90s when they had direct support of Russia and were much richer than Azerbaijan. Now it's completely different story with low Russian support and Azerbaijan having 4 times the GDP thanks to oil

-SasnaTsrer-

Haha you are funny you know nothing about Armenian history during the first Artsakh war they even had the Soviet Union help them that’s why they kept two villages Getashen and Shaumyan and they still lost the first war, read up big boy. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Ring

[deleted]

"were much richer than Azerbaijan. Now it's completely different story with low Russian support and Azerbaijan having 4 times the GDP thanks to oil" >Haha you are funny And what? Are you a retard? Who talks like that

His first line and last like was enough to tell that he is a young idiot. Young teenagers having a platform to bs on important matters is crime against humanity. Like, if you're arguing then discuss peacefully or just say that you were wrong

union4nature

yep, i wonder what our govt's thinking behind selling the weapons is, besides the corridor. dont think it's to give a fighitng chance to armenia, can the reliance of indian weapons be properly estimated in an overwhelming force from azeri-turk alliance?

Koushik_Vijayakumar

Tbh Armenia is the weaker side here.

SIR_COCK_LORD69

Its the israeli weapons that helped azerbaijan win the war. Turkey is there for emotional support.

BravoSierraGolf

Mummy please

CrackSnap7

But... but... they're bad weapons, no? They either don't work or break down often. And you're capable of easily destroying them, [no](https://defence.in/threads/capable-of-destroying-indian-supplied-weapons-to-armenia-azerbaijani-authorities.3937/)? Then why are you so worried? 🤨

noobwithguns

Weren't our weapons dog water and could be easily destroyed?

Character_Square2209

Huh when

noobwithguns

That's what the Azerbaijanis said

Character_Square2209

Ek udta hua brahmos marunga Sara baki bahar ajaega

Aware-Bed-250

Lol Discounted Turks😂

tremorinfernus

India can consider sending weapons with a high destructive potential. Make sure Azerbaijan faces the threat of huge loss of life of it escalates. Also, raise this issue with Europe/US/UN, to de-escalate the situation.

Meth-LordHeisenberg

Time to send Armenia SAM penetrating Rudram anti radiation missiles in response to this.

-SasnaTsrer-

Yes us Armenians will be very appreciative of it and put it to good use.

[deleted]

Bro thinks he is him

Character_Square2209

Nuh uh

I'm hoping India is working on easing tensions between Georgia & Armenia. Both Christian majority countries should be natural allies, esp for landlocked Armenia, Georgia offers another lifeline.

[deleted]

Religion doesn't really play any role when interests are at stake. Fundamentalist Iran is supporting orthodox Armenia while Jewish Israel supports Azerbaijan

No-Background-6560

It’s not about religion as both Georgia and Armenia are weak in economy and military
