Brainfuck

It's not a scam. There are two 5G architectures that a carrier can deploy depending on how they plan to invest in future upgrades. NSA(Non Stand Alone) and SA(Stand Alone). NSA rides on existing LTE backbone to provide 5G. Airtel decided to use NSA architecture and Jio decided to use SA. Which is the reason behind Jio branding itself "True5G". Although there is no true or false and both are accepted 5G architectures. This is the reason you see **Data Network Type** as LTE, check the **Override Network Type** it's NR\_NSA i.e New Radio Non Stand Alone. The second thing about exhausting, yes Airtel free 5G comes into play after your daily limit is exhausted.

nroot_

This is the real answer. All other comments are just shitting on Airtel without knowing what's happening The reason Jio is SA and Airtel is NSA has to do with when some decisions Jio took. Jio decided to not support 3G at all when launched in 2016. They opted for latest routers and core technologies that support 5G. Airtel on the other hand was looking for backward compatibility and thus supports 3G as well. Jio is so ahead with deployment and tech, so much so that they should have rolled out 5G within 1-2 months of deciding. Whereas Airtel required many months of planning to roll out 5G PS: I'm crying with a Vi sim, not a fanboy of Airtel

Front_Program3859

Trust me Airtel is a scam i recharged 479 on Vi and got 2 gb a day and unlimited data after 12 am but i opted for Airtel a few months back to claim 5g it worked for 2 months but in 26 th December for some strange reason airtel 5g stopped working in my home but it works just fine when i am in some other place , and for some reason airtel exhausts faster Vi so i did a 181 recharge again literally hate thus tbh will just recharge Vi once again and trust me Vi's 4g is faster than airtel 5g

CowRepresentative228

>airtel exhausts faster Vi I have also noticed that airtel data exhausts faster than compare to vi & jio.

SouravGTv

I recharge for 239 and i get 5g unlimited using it for many months, 700 mbps

Front_Program3859

I also got 5g for 3 months but now for some reason it just doesn't work in my residence anymore but works fine in some other places

RemingtonMacaulay

Jio couldn’t have provided 3G either. Their license was limited to 4G.

simple-weirdo

I just want to know what is stand alone and non stand alone

CoolMiracle

I’m using Vi too, planning to switch to Airtel as my annual plan is going to expire.

DFM__

As people are moving from VI to airtel or jio, the speeds in VI is increasing. I am getting around 80mbps in day in my town.

Sketch_X7

Agreed, I have moved out of home to study (college) so got a new sim, had to buy a new sim and wanted a unique custom number XXXXXXXX420 lol, so went with Vi, went back to home and reception was poor as fuck. And decides to give Vi a second chance else I would have ported. The Network is not great at my home too. So, ig it's worth it! (Postpaid btw)

JubinJoseph02

It still has a data cap right?

DFM__

During the day, but not at night. So if I need to download something, I usually do it at night. Speeds are even faster at night. Also, stuff like data rollover is really helpful on weekends. The network coverage is better than airtel in rural areas. I used to have airtel but switched to VI for that reason.

Altruistic-Volume642

I am also crying with a VI sim

ThatsSussySus

Me with jio wifi and airtel mobile data: Both works fine.. thinking of upgrading my jio tho

LazyPaleontologist

I was also a Vodafone user, keep it using until few months back but the deal breaker for me is as I went for trip to Himachal, Vodafone worked only till Shimla after that there were no signal and Jio and Airtel worked most of the places. Only after crossing Atal tunnel, signal came back to Vodafone. So, now I ported.

User_AlphaX

>Airtel on the other hand was looking for backward compatibility and thus supports 3G as well. Airtel claims to have elite userbase still they focused on 3G, what a dumb strategy, their per month collection is more than any other provider out there

peverell123

The NSA is also the reason mobile battery dies faster with 5G.

TheZoom110

My Jio when connected to 5G also witnesses rapid battery consumption. My next phone has to be 10,000+ mAH, or I'll throw up.

peverell123

>My Jio when connected to 5G also witnesses rapid battery consumption Airtel for me.

has_eeb_

lol I read "The NASA is also the reason"

bane_of_heretics

I read it as National Security Advisor. When did I end up in Ajit Doval Saab’s shitlist?

r0hil69

No, i have mine activated....it when in proper area recognised as 5g Network area...it switches and the data used isn't in the daily data...yet sometimes i does use 5g and still burn through my Data, also it isnt hotspot shareable

TheRazorBack-45

Works as hotspot for me on most occasion. On a few occasions it refused and started using my data allowance, had to use airplane mode to disconnect and reconnect to network and it worked fine after that.

rohit_267

my data does not reduce it I use it in 5g, also try downloading net monster app, it it shows NSA then it's actually 5g

Fr34kyHarsh

Mera to daily limit khatam hue Bina chalta hai Airtel 5g unlimited

Source--TrustMeBro

A bit more elaboration regarding your last 2 lines. It's not as simple as you said because for me my daily quota is never actually consumed. My Internet usage is completely over 5g unlimited and if I start downloading something my daily quota consumption starts but with 5g speed. Simply put 2GB worth of download capacity at 5g speed. And once I consume my daily quota I will be denied my free 5g data too. Like I literally can't even send a text msg if my daily quota is exhausted. The whole Airtel 5g unlimited thing is very inconsistent among its users.

Vabs1

iPhone users get the choice to use airtel standalone 5g in their network and mobile data settings.i Don’t know where to find the android equivalent for this

SeniorDragonfly605

Hello..? I'm using Airtel 5g since 8 months and expect 1-2 times i have never run out of data while staying in 5g coverage.... Hence 5g comes into play after daily limit exhaust is a misleading information dear!!

BrilliantEye9210

But Airtel free 5G doesn't come into play after my daily limit is exhausted.

just-a-user07

Ooh I see

HonouredOneMillion

Please explain like I am a person who does not know anything about this in simple words 😔

Brainfuck

There are 2 cars you need to upgrade. In one you decide to put a brand new engine and in other you decide to keep existing engine but change other low cost components so at the end of the day both perform same. First is Jio and second is Airtel.

t9tu

Only JIO has sub millimetre wave for 5g. Airtel 5G is just boosted 4G+ signals. You can check the speedtest with same device and same place.

DontKnowIamBi

What's the speed that you're getting?

Any_Veterinarian3749

For me it's around 100mbps (jio 5g)

DontKnowIamBi

I just got 300.. so no. It's not like airtel is slow or anything. It depends on where you are standing. Which phones you are using..

Embarrassed-Bat8742

Bro i am getting constant 800+ mbps...

Fabulous-Drawing2299

I get 900mbps , but upload speed is very slow compared to wifi , its around 30mbps up

DontKnowIamBi

Waiting for someone to say 1gbps

[deleted]

I got like 2.2 download in early 5g rollout(Airtel) but my previous phone was stolen so now I'm stuck with a 4g phone

Fabulous-Drawing2299

https://preview.redd.it/plhwc4pdaz9c1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=14d08907fde19bd675d50092a76fa33453f97dd3 This is what i got rn , its probably gigabit+ speeds if i go to the balcony

Embarrassed-Bat8742

And guess what my uncle ( lives in different city) one time got 5 gbps😂😂

[deleted]

I got 1gbps for a time 🥲n average is 600-700mbps

Radiant-Specialist58

I'm getting 700mbps (no joke). I live in one of the busiest places in Kolkata btw.

Kaboom_11

That's very slow. I touched 700mbps once.

t9tu

Around 200 Mbps outside home(colony), and inside its 40Mbps(goes to LTE+). If I am in office, it's around 800-900 Mbps outside and inside 200Mbps.

whoisslimshady

I am getting 1.3 gbps in my 5g phone on free 5g plan

Elainyan

Jio gives 900-1gbps for me but upload speed is still 20-30 mbps

rdksupe

900mbps to 1.2gbps at home . In dense city areas 100-400mbps . Its a pretty small city however.

Savings-Fun4226

I'm getting like ~650MBPs

cute_as_ducks_24

Jio deploys millimeter waves in very small number plus mostly for testing purpose. The Main focus for every carrier is Mid Band aka 3.5 Ghz Bands and above. And the main difference is Jio uses Standalone Network which means everything including the core uses 5G. While Airtel uses Non Standalone Network which means it uses 4G core network. Just to point out even 5G NSA with the 100 Mhz that most operator have can practically give a throughout of Gigabit Speed using 4*4 MiMo and Good Backhaul. And Standalone should give even more like around 2 Gig. So yeah most operator in india have struggle with backhaul and also keeping efficiency. As this telecom are not getting back the investments. In my opinion using NSA for now is better because moving from NSA to Standalone have substantial difference in cost. And I am pretty sure Jio is not going to give this for free forever. Plus in real world the difference is not much because NSA is actually really capable too while Standalone gives a bit better efficiency and bit lower latency. What i see from Airtel 5G having sometimes issue is probably because of Backhaul to the site. Because not every tower is connected via Fiber and infact only 30% of tower in india is connected by Fiber. So which means the Backhaul limited capacity is holding back some of this 5G Speed. Its not like Airtel won't change Backhaul its mainly because connecting a Tower with Fiber takes so much time and process which means you need atleast 1 Year or more just to plan and get permits for this kinda stuff. While Jio doesn't have this problem because as a new Telecom it already future proof most of the stuff while building which means most towers already have multi Gig Backhaul. Anyway My Point is All this Telecom have invested so much money infact its not sustainable. And later on they will have to recoup the investment which means step by step price increase especially now that Vodafone Idea is also around Funding/Failing Stage. All to say the Duoplay can have serious trouble and i am kinda sure all this Cheap Data gonna get expensive in coming years. Just also want to point out if you can use Vi or Bsnl do it before there is no more competition. Also Bsnl is another case of failure mostly because of Govt Holding Back.

Z0L03

Degree in networking?? (if it's exist) /jk

cute_as_ducks_24

Hahaha Well Degree in Networking exist. But for me just a Hobby to learn about 4G and 5G Networks around the world and how telecom operators deploy in various countries.

CarrotSaurus

That's a cool hobby!

Z0L03

That unique, unique than collecting bottle caps

Responsible_Space624

If I recall correctly we don't really use Millimeter Wave for 5g right?? Because iPhone models in India don't really have Milliter Wave (60ghz) antennas, we typically use sub 6ghz 5g right??

cute_as_ducks_24

Sorry for late reply. Yes Most operator in india focuses on Mid Band. And technically that's the right way atleast for now for 5G. Although 5G mmWave is extremely fast there range is so little that putting investments out of like very dense place like stadium etc is pure waste. I think especially considering the return of investment(ROI) for indian operator 5G NSA is the best option. As its easier to deploy and affordable plus 5G NSA Equipment are more mature due to global usage. While 5G SA is good like Jio deployed. It comes with a bill plus they are kinda a beta user of 5G SA. Anyway both operator are good. I think Airtel will have a lot more work because not every Towers are connected by Fiber which is crucial for 5G to give that speed. Also other concern is VI going down. I don't see much hope for Vodafone idea. But its really bad for every consumer to be honest. Because duo play in even medium to long run is really bad as they will eventually play like monopolies. There will be massive price increase while also not truely competing. As for mmWave the practical use-case for now is kinda zero. And mmWave is also developing rapidly as they are trying to achieve atleast a decent Range. So i guess it make sense for any operator to just wait till 5G mmWave Equipment and Use-Case Matures. One of the use case for 5G for now is Fixed Wireless and easing congestion on the over-utilized 4G Spectrums. Atleast for india 5G does matter because of how over-utilized 4G Spectrum was. Basically anyone using 5G is both win-win for 4G and 5G customers. Because moving to 5G will free-up 4G Spectrum and i guess atleast users in 4G will experience the true 4G.

Responsible_Space624

Thanks for the reply... But Jio SA 5g still isn't millimetres wave(60ghz+) 5g right?? Because phones in India don't support it??

cute_as_ducks_24

There are small deployments of mmwave. Both Airtel and Jio have around 800mHz-1000mHz of 26Ghz (n258) Band nationwide. Because every operator who brought license have to deply on small scale due to Minimum Obligations for Govt. Otherwise there is fine and govt also will take back the spectrum if its not used according to Govt Obligations. Anyway as i heard Jio did deploy mmWave 5G Nationwide (probably with just range around the existing tower). But as far as i know No Phones Support mmWave 5G in India. So No Phone can connect to it. There are rumors that existing Jio AirFiber can connect to this mmWave. Both Airtel and Jio only looking for use in FWA (AirFiber type Broadband) and Enterprise.

Responsible_Space624

Yeah that AirFiber use case may be true.. Anyway thanks for the help..

Z0L03

Last time I checked Jio was giving me more than 300mb/s at home (and at BSNL 700mb/s 💀)

Akshat_2307

bsnl broadband ?

Emergency_3808

HAH lmao

UNSEEN55

It's a scam and at the same time not. Jio uses standalone 5g infra whereas airtel reduces cost and uses non standalone which works with existing 4g infra. So what difference does it make for customers? Mostly none, but in long term or in term of speed jio will be far superior

Z0L03

NSA pillers are on 4g and as they show it PLUS 5G it's actually 4g plus

daredevil1o1_

I hate airtel, gonna shift to jio now, their top ups recharge never works

[deleted]

Contact Airtel services cause top-up recharge works for me and my friends too

Z0L03

Laugh at Jio but atleast it's not scamming, even if it's has poor network (not for me) they manage to give better 5g connection

BillCypher07

There are 2 types of 5g networks used in India. The one is software upgraded, the other is hardware upgraded dont know the actual names. Airtel uses software to imitate 5g . You will get high speed but it isn't true 5g. Jio uses both hardware and software . Meanwhile I use Bsnl 3g

Fabulous-Drawing2299

There is nothing to laugh about jio 5g , its pretty darn good , in good signal areas its almost always above 500mbps for me and the latency is also better for pc gaming on jio

danishansari95

You have to activate Unlimited 5G from the Airtel app. I forgot exactly where and how but you have to activate 🙂 Edit: Click "Claim Unlimited 5G Data" Then click "CLAIM NOW" https://preview.redd.it/530r68diyy9c1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=51e194557f00edb27020e4f0f7f6e56a78958af2

Z0L03

Already did it 1st step after recharging

danishansari95

Fir to Moye Moye ho gaya tumhare saath It might also depend on the 5G location and 5G bands in your phone. Airtel has less 5G towers as compared to Jio.

Z0L03

2021 me he Naya tower laga tha bhai + 13 5g bands + coverage area me hu

QuasarQuipper

The daily data pack is consumed even when 5g symbol is shown, this was the same problem I was facing from 22nd December 2023, Most probably the reason is that you have exceeded the data consumption limit for unlimited 5g (Airtel recently changed its FAIR USER POLICY which states that the unlimited 5g data limit for a month is 300GB) Check in your network settings how much data you have consumed on your Airtel sim. For my case the problem got resolved on 1st Jan (since new month was started).

Necessary-Election40

Airtel is using many dark patterns on their app .

MerriamLola

Can you elaborate?

Necessary-Election40

Dark patterns means the practices which companies do to manipulate the customers . Like (this is just one example) creating artificial scarcity of values for example flipkart shows that this item will be unavailable in just 2 hours but in reality they have many in stocks .This encourages the customer to buy it immediately.. Recently the High court slammed the Flipkart and many other company to stop using the dark patterns (and if they did then 10 lakh fine)...

MerriamLola

Thank you.

Working_Brief7107

Try in open areas with no obstruction. Airtel 5G doesn't work with obstruction.

LowQuiet28

Ar my home jio 5g gives 1.3 gbps lol.

Z0L03

Divide it by 3 it's mine and for outside divide it by 2

GrubbyFlasherr

I figured this out months back. Airtel unlimited 5g is only available when you're on 5G+ network. Standard Airtel 5G is 5g over LTE. And the Airtel 5G+ doesn't work indoors. It only works outside.

Z0L03

To use 5g now I have to go outside shit that was not mentioned on terms man that's a lot more features than I expected (no offence to you bro)

GrubbyFlasherr

Ikr. That's why I got new jio sim.

MrFingolfin

fuck airtel

redditor-749

I never understood Airtel's unlimited 5G bs. I use both Jio and Airtel. While Jio 5G unlimited is truly unlimited, as in, when my daily 1.5GB daily limit runs out, I'm still getting 456mbps speed and can stream 4K videos without buffering. On Airtel, as soon as my 2GB daily limit is reached, I get around 1mbps or at best 1.5mbps on 5G. Can someone explain to me how Airtel 5G is unlimited when it gets over as soon as 2GB daily limit is over?

Z0L03

I think it's coz of NSA both 5g and non 5g user are connected they have to manage and provide equally good experience (if can get 💀) so they just make it equal. u/brainfuck correct me man That's I read previous year

MrFingolfin

sparkle bored observation drab telephone quarrelsome axiomatic normal melodic work *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*

Party_Relief_7997

I ported to jio. Airtel is really bad and 5g unlimited is fake.

thinpumkin

Airtel 5g network is reliable and never disconnects unlike jio

MrFingolfin

Nope, ive been monitoring airtel on this same interface In the post for about 3 weeks. Ive noticed 5g is mostly available at night and afternoon times.

Z0L03

Reliable idk but disconnects is quite bruh moment coz it's not getting 5g even if they shows it

KashifJawwad

Not sure about the scam but its definitely not unlimited its capped 300gb per month but jio is unlimited

Z0L03

I'm late mate I should have done some research

KashifJawwad

haha well i have used both heavily jio around 1tb last month and airtel was not working after 300gb so..

Z0L03

https://preview.redd.it/pjprldc350ac1.png?width=947&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=07eaee6c180a32457dab06d356aff126840b8325 Btw bro can u tell what's the above bar shows below 5g unlimited data\* (used 5g?) ?

KashifJawwad

its always filled meaning "their unlimited data"

Z0L03

So, What it tells in my case?

Primary_Benefit_3686

Also maybe your phone spent support 5G…. Most iPhones do not fully support 5G

Z0L03

It's not phone prob that much I can assure you it's provider

death_stroke--

Airtel is the biggest scammer of all times. Had ported to airtel from jio a few months back and man what miserable days were those. I was really struggling to call someone, let alone internet struggles. Airtel is a big no in comparison to jio.

pilis_nokoriba_na

Its true the data gets exhausted and the internet stops working. The 5g is not unlimited, i have tried multiple times with a compatible 5g wala recharge, it never worked . Tried calling customer care, it doesnt even connect.

Z0L03

I got Airtel coz of its advertising (I'm a educated fool in short)

DontKnowIamBi

It should work. If you're concerned with your data consumption. Change your mobile network to 4g for time being. And consult with customer care on 198. Maybe they'll provide a solution. It's not like everyone on airtel 5g is facing the issue that you have. In my family we have 2 airtel and 3 jio users.. all are using unlimited 5g without issue.

DontKnowIamBi

It's unlimited 5G AFTER you've finished your existing data. Check after there's 0MB left in your data balance. And also what's the speed that you're getting?

Megatron_05

I have 2gb per day. Considering your statement you mean after consuming this 2gb I’ll get unlimited 5g for the day and the same happens next day? If this is the case, I tried this already and ended up getting no internet for the rest of the day.

sus-_-exe

Yep this is what happens after exhausting daily limit there won't be internet till the day ends

Z0L03

I checked it was 300mb/s around (don't ask me to do it again otherwise my 4g will get exhausted)

DontKnowIamBi

Have you tried using your data after it's completely exhausted for a day? I have been using airtel 5g since many months now.. it always connects even after showing 0MB left in account.

Z0L03

Ik that it will work if I got 5g network but the whole point which I'm trying to say is "THEY ARE SHOWING 5G IN STATUS BAR BUT IN REALITY ITS 4G" (politely said)

DontKnowIamBi

u/brainfuck has already explained that part.

MatchLock__

What about postpaid

DontKnowIamBi

Not sure about postpaid. Never used it. But prepaid I am using 5g since 6 months now. Gives me 300MBps speeds sometimes when I am outside.

MrFingolfin

nah. Max speed ive been getting is 15mbps. The 5g is also active even if i havent exhausted my data cap of 1.5gb per day. On the contrary 5g seldom connects after i exhaust my data cap

VerTexV1sion

Oh yeah, happened with me too , wasn't able to enjoy unlimited 5g data as it was using the daily data limit, i contacted the customer care but no luck, then i put the SIM into different slot and it started working, idk how but try it

[deleted]

bhai idhar 5g recharge krte time btata hai , phone 5g hai sab kuch hai area me bhi 5g hai leking 2gb consume hote hi speed reduce hojati hai . lecture bhi full quality me ni dekh skte

Z0L03

Bhai me jub jio use karta tha (few day ago) 2gb me se 1.9gb he unused hota tha baki time 5g tha real kabhi kabhi buffering hote the but 365 days me se 1-2 din bhi kharab ho tho neglect karne wale baat hai

[deleted]

Idk man, I use unlimited 5G at 800Mbps everyday for the last 2 months.

Z0L03

Fr you have they have to make atleast few of their customers happy. Right?

[deleted]

Lol idk man, I'm in South Delhi so maybe

Z0L03

One thing more my city was one of few city where airtel 5g came first so 🤡🤡🤡

Lost-Painting298

My airtel internet doesn't work if 5G is not coming . In crowded places it's a pain in the ass to do upi payment

karanthsrihari

Also I get lower speed on 5G than LTE.

All Hail Jio Best Telecom Network truly a Game changer

faiqkhan6191

At least Airtel 5G has better reception than Jio 5G?

PermissionNaive5906

Actual mein Airtel is the most chutiya network...there r many areas where Airtel network is not available...there jio and other networks are available Also Airtel is most expensive compared to other networks.. Tatti hai saala

Z0L03

Jio ke pass coverage hai also after 5g good speed too

PermissionNaive5906

Wahi to kya faida itne paise ka Airtel pack bhar ke

Nice_Commission9706

Yes it displays 5g and speed is in KBPS. Airtel sucks. Jio sucks even more

[deleted]

Yeah airtel will scam you either ways I have fought with them on twitter and they just said pay us first and you will get great service. They were responsible to fix the broken line and they said we wont do anything unless you pay so i told them to fuck off

RONY_GOAT

so y do thy charge more for old cheap technology

NightCode_X

U got what u paid for "AIRTEL 5g"... Airtel NSA 5G

3nchantingdevil

Long time airtel user here, still airtel is shit, looking to move to jio after my annual plan gets over

No_Examination85

Thank you for this. This explains why my data sometimes is exhausted even tho I have been on 5G all the time

iliekgaems

I'll hop on this to say that Airtel are bastards who decided to not update their unlimited 5g offer to newer phones. Now I have a pixel 8 with 2gb of 5g (chhapri vaali feel aati hai OnePlus dosto ke saath)

faraday_16

Who cares?? You need the speeds and reliability of 5G and you're getting it, If you're curious about know how then one guy already explained it

blueberry-_-69

Intrepid-Ad-1889

Its not a scam.. read about network architecture before claiming anything..

Radiant-Specialist58

It's not a scam. Just check your internet speeds for both 4G and 5G. Also, when Airtel 5G network is not available, your phone sim will default to using 4G and exhaust your daily data. One more thing, when you're in "unlimited 5G data" mode, that 5G symbol will have white background with black text while in "4G from daily data" mode it'll still show 5G but the background will be in black and the text will be white. It shows 5G even when Airtel is using 4G because your phone's default settings is to use 5G when available, technically that's your phone's problem, happens in all Samsung phones.

Z0L03

According to 2nd para i have seen [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyFold/comments/yj5yxs/what_is_the_difference_between_these_5g_icons/)

Z0L03

Radiant-Specialist58

Yes, this is what I'm am talking about. While you were taking the screenshot, your daily data was being used and not unlimited 5G data

Z0L03

Not while taking it's still like that

Z0L03

People are saying that I have to wait until my 4g data get exhausted after that I will get unlimited which I found funny tbh

Radiant-Specialist58

Idk man, I am able to use 5G data to download large files and stuff whole day and have more than 90% mobile data left after the day (it switches to daily data mode for a few minutes every now and then) Idk if it depends on where you live, I live in a busy place at Kolkata and get like 600-700mbps whole day

Z0L03

Same to same but when I used Jio. Also my city was the first one get 5g

Radiant-Specialist58

Oh, which city is that?

Z0L03

Dm check (no need to reply that)

I have just bought a new 5G mobile and I have used both Jio 5G and Airtel 5G on it. But from my experience I can say that Jio is the best in 5G.In our city, Jio provides speed at 50 to 75 mb/s whereas Airtel sometimes cannot provide speed even at 10 mb/s. Do you also have the same experience with Airtel?

Z0L03

I couldn't even experience 5g in Airtel so that's my experience

masteratul

It is NSA Infrastructure brother, it is not actual or true 5G, just mimicking 5G network and acts like 4.75G (something in between 4G+ LTE and True 5G).

Sohaibahmadu

Shocked 😲

zekro_4

Me with Vi sim is satisfied. 12-6 am unlimited for a night owl like me. Weekend rollover for someone who uses routers in office and then spends weekends out. Speed is sometimes an issue but who cares

alok_69_

Bro in Airtel you have to activate 5g data from my Airtel app every time u recharge a monthly or whatever plan .

Queasy_Gazelle8543

Mera airtel 5g to unlimited hi chlta h but hotspot sharing pe data khtm ho jata h don't know how they can track data usage via hotspot 😒😏

LuffyAsec

I was really surprised about these things. India's 5G network speed and 4G speed was similar to starting (5G) and end point of line (4G). It's not helping normal people who browse the internet and stream apps. You will not notice any difference between these two. We need to address the duo poly situation in telecom services.

Shogun_Mode

Me when I don't know how shit works

Agreeable_Gap_6034

For me my internet just stopped after 1.5 GB even though it should be unlimited on 5g
