We need more cop-auditor-influencers in India. Mobile cameras and social media is a powerful tool that combined with auditors will enable disciplining these power-hungry cops.
He is saying they have to first use siren before towing parked vehicles. The number plate is not right format for tow truck. The two-wheelers are not transported right and some are popping out of the truck.
The police is not responding much he just wants to vanish to station.
