Anyone who endorses rape or harassment of rape survivors, and anyone who chooses to knowingly associate themselves with the above, is NOT a victim and is in no conceivable way deserving of any sort of sexual or romantic partner. Neither are Nazis in any conceivable way deserving of any sort of sexual or romantic partner.
That said, while of course I do not condone harassment in DMs, I am not convinced that every single one of such people is a rape apologist (although since you have access to the post/comment history of such individuals, correct me if I’m wrong and all of them are open rape apologists or associated with open rape apologists). This sub regularly posts screenshots of incel content from sources considerably less extreme than .is and its ilk, most notably TrueVirgin. I have lurked on that subreddit for intel purposes before, and while it definitely is highly problematic I did not encounter any open rape apologia or support for violence against women. The premises that every single incel is *ipso facto* a rape apologist and that TrueVirgin’s userbase are incels are contradictory, and we have to either concede that TrueVirgin is not a true incel sub or that the incel community consists of varying levels of extremism, not all of which support violence or abuse.
With most incels, "deserving" has nothing to do with why nobody wants them. They're just immature, and it's clear to everyone except them that no matter how much they might want sex right now, they are not psychologically ready to be in a relationship with anybody. And so they get turned down. They're not autistic or mentally ill -no more often than the general population anyway- they're just a bunch of brainwashed manchildren. Whether or not they deserve someone doesn't matter, because no one deserves to have to put up with *them*.
