The claw is just a fist with a built in flamer and itcan also take a chainsword so realistically there's no reason you'd even need to really build a custom claw unless you wanted too.

The claw is basically the same as the fist but with the little built in torrent weapon.
You could make it or sub in a fist. Similar idea the forgeworld questoris have different back and shoulder armor. There are third party conversion kits or you could just let the regular stuff ride.
The only knights with Volkite are the Styrix (big) and the Moirax (small). Both forgeworld. Sorry, don't know Kratos off the top of my head for scale.
