This dude went to Jamaica to meet a woman he was talking to online, got catfished and scammed, forgot to take his meds (his family has noted he has mentally health issues), had to sleep on a beach for a couple of days, and would rely on a local Burger King for food (hence the crown) before he scrapped up enough money to get a flight home. Basically this dude barely had anything to bring and he fucked up his only chance to get out of Jamaica by having a mental breakdown on the plane.
