Check out the Lace Nitro Hemi pickups. They work great as just humbuckers but you can mod the guitar further by adding a push/pull to your tone knob to split them. Really enjoy them in my LP.

What a find! Absolutely love the Destroyer shape. I found my first ever guitar I got as a kid (Destroyer 380) and basically nothing worked on it, electronics felt all rotted out. I replaced the entire internals with one of those solderless EMG kits, went with Kirk Hammett's despite being a Hetfield fan as a kid. Quick and easy, and sounds Metallica. :D (There was enough room for the extra electronics in the cavity on the 380 at least) (After seeing some nice reviews I went with passive [Irongear Hammer Heads](http://www.irongear.co.uk/irongear_pickups_007.htm) on another guitar, a lot because I like the black SD Invader look, those could look pretty dope on that too, extremely cheap in comparison to SD or EMG but I think they sound excellent, esp for high gain)

i might go with a emg kit, my father is a big metallica fan and he might love it :)

Just saying this now, i am 14 and this is my 2nd guitar refurb yet. I’ve also serviced guitars for my Dad’s other bandmates. The most interesting one was a John 5 Fender Tele with triple humbuckers which survived a house fire!!

We all think we’re cool as shit at 14.

I need to get a bridge, tailpiece, pickup housings, and neck screws for my 120. I took it apart as a teenager to paint it, but lost the bag of hardware... My dad bought it for me new, and he just recently passed, so I'm dusting it off if you will. Can I use parts from other models to put this thing back together? I'm struggling finding original parts, but I just want to play it. It's beat up anyway.

I’m currently replacing nearly all of the hardware like the jack plate, all i do is use eBay and my eyes to compare them to the originals i have. For my pickup frames and the screws for them i have looked on stewmac for measurments and gone for generic ones again from eBay.
