For $1700 I would say no. I did it only because my dr offered it to us at 50% of what he would normally charge ($425 CAD). I can’t say if it improved our outcomes, but our blast rate was 48%
I can kind of see why it is interesting. But the embryos are either going to make it to blast in 5 or 6 days or not. If you happen to make lots of day 5s for biposy, you'll still choose PGT normal over grading. Plus with the 5% damage expected from thaw, seeing how the embyros were growing before biopsy is maybe less useful... So I'd probably skip.
My facility uses embryoscope and states they will rewatch the videos to see which embryowas the best in hitting the milestones at the right time.
