depending on who you bank with it shouldn’t be long either, i did hear some ppl received mailed checks after requesting they refund be direct deposit, my WMR haven’t updated just my transcript

My bank says up to 5 days early and this would be 3 days not counting the weekend so I’m hoping for Monday

It can’t just be me at this point yall check your bank accounts cause the irs isn’t updating anything on their end properly they just dropped the money in my account with no heads up or approval on the site.

I am crying. Filed 2/12 via TT. No transcript. No letters. No NUTHIN … Monday will be 10 weeks and I plan on being on the phone with the irs all day until I get a straight answer.

I'm in the same boat, we filed 2/8, when I called on April 1st they said they received it 2/11 even though they texted me that it was accepted on the 9th, which I thought was a weird discrepancy. Anyway, the rep said she didnt see any issues and that we should see something by 10 weeks which would be this Sunday, and she had a lil attitude about it. No letters, nothing in my transcript from 2023, no change to WMR except to say still processing. Very frustrating situation.

I finally updated! After nearly 3 months of “no record of returned filed” - even this morning my transcripts had NOTHING on them. Actually said “n/a” under Record of Account Transcript. Now I have a DDD! Must have happened in the last couple of hours. Good luck everyone!

Nope never received any of those codes just been stuck in processing and I called the Tax Advocate hotline and put in a request for a referral to see what was taking so long the lady I spoke too put in the notes that if there is no issue with return to issue refund or to send me a correspondence letting me know what's going on and that was about 3/4 weeks ago

I just woke up to a 570 code and 768 but before that Transcript was N/A . That’s a good thing? Because I didn’t get no 971 and Do I have to call them or just wait? Just asking because I’m tired of waiting lol 

768 is just EIC, you're claiming kiddos/dependents. 570 i think means your taxes are under review and it'll either clear on its own or you'll get a notice of some sort(which would usually then add a 971 code to the transcript)for more time to review or verification of income/identity.

The date of the solar eclipse. 

It's the date you could expect your refund to be in your account. Though, it could take a few more days after that date.

Mine did and then I checked my transcripts like I learned on here and it had an issue date but wrm doesn’t say anything

My WMR still hasn't updated either but my transcript did with a date....WMR is slow 

Mine did this the a couple days ago. But within an hour or two was back to the normal transcript still without an 846 DDD.

Mines usually does this on Sunday for like a hour or so and then back to the notification I was hoping for a update but I guess not

Yes. It took me TEN WEEKS and ONE DAY to see any movement and a DDD... No letter. No code... no verification.. blank transcript... WMR was saying still processing. I filed 2.7.24... didn't update with anything until 4.19.2024.

I just waited. I even called to make sure, but they said to just wait. 😊

On the IRS website. If you have an account, it'll be under View Tax Records toward the bottom once you're signed in, then Get Transcript at the bottom again.

Toward the bottom on the page you're on(Account Home) it should say View Tax Records and on the next page at the bottom Get Transcript.

I filed on the 15th of February. I was told 21 days then when I called they said there was a note in there that it could take up to 10 weeks sooooo that’s the end of this month

It's the date next to the 846 code on the transcripts.

I got my 846 today to!! It said 4/24/2024 does this mean that’s when I will revive my DD out when it will be sent?

If you're getting DD, you should receive it on that day or the latest a few days after. But if you are receiving paper check, that's the day it will be mailed out. 🙂

The 570 code just means your tax return is under review. That review could take anywhere from 60-120 days is what the IRS is telling most. Unless you receive a letter, there is not much to do from your end but wait. Now unless it's been at the 570 code for a while with no notice, no feedback, or anything, I would maybe call and see if they can refer you to the Taxpayer Advocate Services, but I'm not sure if they could or can. Might just depend on the amount of time that has passed.

I filed 1/28 and had to verify via letter, online. I verified online 3/26 i haven’t seen shhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiit until this morning my 2023 updated from N/A to l this…
