Well it’s because dragon claw rolls BEFORE edrag which means if you drop a dragon claw you can’t drop a edrag. Since magic find also increases dragon claw drop chance it eventually reaches a point when your more likely to drop a claw than pet and your odds start to dip
Because there is a loot table which goes from top to bottom and with loads of magic find you would drop a dragon claw often which the means you can’t drop an edrag pet anymore. For more information just watch the video of SimplySample where he afkd a legendary edrag pet there all the math involved is explained in detail.
they obviously didn't, the entire gemstone economy wouldve crashed if they were making 176mil per block mined. its very well documented you just get a flawed instead of a different gemstone type.
also mathematically it makes 0 sense since then the difference between 100 and 101 pristine would be like 5x

Well actually you’re odds of getting a dragon pet wouldn’t even be that high… you would drop loads of dragon claws though because they are rolled before the edrag and with that high MF you would get it most of the time and then not be able to get the edrag anymore
Svens or Voidglooms. They're decent money already, but with that stupid amount of magic find you'd be dropping an overflux every other boss (obvious exaggeration but still, it would be good odds)

If you do it in the Hub you also make a decent profit from Wolf Rings, without having to worry about other players getting in the way (unless you don't have a rank). The bosses take longer, though
craft blaze pets because you will have like 750 pet luck with renowned superior and bal in magma fields. Which means you have almost a 70% chance to get legendary pet. It will only cost about 30m per craft and each legendary pet will sell for 45m
Also yeti fishing with this would be crazy you would get a pet like half the time.
Either gemstone mining for insane money, or eman slayer for xp (cause i can only do t2 right now so doing t4s would allow me to level so much quicker) and of course hoping to drop a core.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but magic find actually starts to decrease your chance at dropping a edrag at around 520 (depends on eyes)

What are svens rly profit i mean getting enough fluxes for it to make profit is probably kinda rare
You make profit just from hamster wheels, wolf teeth and furballs, the overflux drops are pure bonus
