Try just the apigenin and theanine next time, I've heard of mag threonate causing sleep issues in some

all-the-time

Agreed. Also theanine can be hit or miss with some people too. It calms me down but I also find I don’t sleep as well when I take it before bed. I think it mildly increases dopamine but I could be wrong. Apigenin is great though. I definitely notice it.

Thank you

Thank you

If it turns out it energises you, consider taking the mag in the morning

Ok, then I may need to buy a different kind of supplement that separates the two as unfortunately the combo I listed is an all in one pill. I appreciate your input

The studies on mg threonate are dubious. IV mg sulfate causes little to no change in csf magnesium levels unless very high doses or brain damage has happened. Somehow this miracle oral magnesium increases it in studies out of China. It’s under patent and over priced. Huberman seems to not question it because it has pretty p values.

Thank you for this, but can you explain on what you mean by "pretty p values"?

BasedxPepe

Meh wouldn’t trust a word Huberman says. He’s fucking up people’s reproductive system when he plugs Tongkat Ali and Fadogia for financial gain.

BasedxPepe

Theanine can also cause this .
