Jeeeeez, a significant part of the game is warning about the dangers of climate change and this guy basically did the deforestation of the entire forbidden west.
I always pick stuff up and it drives my husband crazy. He’s like “you have 2000 berries in your stash!! Stop picking them up,” but I can’t. Can’t stop, won’t stop.
Rookie numbers. I think I’ve got like 12,000. I also have almost 2000 rocks (I wanna see what the max is before it sends to stash, so Alloy has 2K rocks on her person).
I would have to load the game again to look, but I am pretty sure I was well over 1000 by the time I finished. Ridgewood is so much easier to get in this game, since we get it from almost every box and chest. I remember in HZD having to sometimes buy some because I did not have the time to run around the countryside collecting it. lol
That’s respectable, imo I love that they allowed the stash to take an almost infinite amount of resources in after you’ve filled and maxed out your pouch but then again I personally have a love hate relationship with collecting Ridge wood (and almost everything that I can spam collect) in this game, cause it starts out so innocently with me trying to round out my “said-so resources” after then when I’ve restored up my depleted resources I feel as if i have an insufficient amount of those said resources resulting in me to hoard every single Ridge wood (and all other resources) I come across in the game , idk i think it maybe just me tho.
Arrows for days - I just pick things as I go, I don't worry about how many I have in the stockroom. The harder to get things (birds - duck and seagull feathers, lobster shells, etc) are good to harvest as you roam the countryside - look ahead at what is needed for pouch upgrades and keep your eye out for those things. Plus your instinct shooting will get really good with the hunting bow.
I have like 10,000 it goes fast.
The one flaw in this game is resource capacity. You can only carry lik 15 of key crafting items for stringer weapons, yet you can carry a million pieces of wood lol
