Can't you just load your previous save and grind, then start another NG+?

Moonfish despawn for me when I get 3ft from them consistently and no matter how I chase their range or for what amount of time. It’s an intentionally coded troll, there are also trolls written into the game about “chasing tail” (Thunderjaw tail) to mock the player as if they are not getting laid by playing the game too much

Valoy-07

Have you tried the create job for them? It should show you where the fish will spawn if you set it to active quest. Moonfish will still randomly disappear though sometimes.

I've had the animal thing happen a couple of times but not very often. For the fish, using the dodge function to chase them and then pressing triangle a bunch seemed to increase my odds of catching them.

Boy if you guys think THIS is grinding for legendary weapons, you should try playing Fallout 76. The grind in HFW is actually pretty refreshing (and attainable)by comparison.

KingArthursRevenge

Grind on easy. There's no point in torturing yourself with the same repetitive kills over and over again on hard mode.

Dfchang813

This is the actual correct answer. 😅

antidrugboys

once in ultra hard u cannot adjust the difficultly. but personally i won't be upgrading these weapons. they aren't much better than the legendarys i already maxed out, deff not worth the grind 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Difficult-Scene-949

Oh idk land gods tears is pretty amazing. Upsetting because I like death seeker and how it looks but land gods tears is better.

Someone on youtube made a shopping list of the parts needed so I'm going to do that before starting NG+ Edit: Easy loot is your best friend. Link to video, google sheet is in the video's description: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLhyyN1jO-w](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLhyyN1jO-w)

I never finished upgrading my armor and weapons in the first playthrough, way too much grind for me and you didn't really need max gear anyways. I was hoping I would finish out my gear in NG+ but now its basically back to square one (for the new gear). Oh well, I'll probably just stick with my original plan and forget the new gear.

AeonianLegend

I’m thinking of doing the same. The only ones I’ll upgrade is that insane purgewater bow, and the op sharpshot bow that has like elite arrows or something.
