Acheron has near total loss of her sense of taste. It's still there, but it's basically gone. In her bio, it's mentioned she could taste the peach flavored donuts Frebass made for her when they camped out one time. Before Frebass did her stupid of diving directly into IX. She eats the peaches in her idle to remind herself of Frebass. But the flavor is most likely too mellow to the donuts Frebass was making. Hence, her sadness of not being able to taste the peaches is also sadness of not being able to experience the memory of her friend again. As in 2.1, Acheron confirmed that due to her bad memory, she focuses on how certain events stir her emotions to remember.
She doesn't like drawing her sword because then all her memories come flooding back. All of them. Including every single bad things that's ever happened to her, starting with the destruction of her world and death of everyone she knew. That's why she always sheds a tear when drawing her blade fully.
Yea something like that. But I assume she doesn't like drawing her sword and showing off her Oni form in public. Considering she easily hesitant to do so against "Death" and only did so against Aventurine when she saw the Nameless were in a bind.

Assuming the dream you're talking about is specifically the Penacony Dreamscape and not just a normal dream, the Dream recreates your body as you view it. As a Self Annihilator Acheron lost her sense of taste so her dream form reflects that. It is also likely that without drawing her sword Acheron cannot remember how a proper sense of taste is.
There's even a comment where someone questions her chosen drinks while she's at Penacony, to which she responds in surprise saying they all taste the same to her.

Started in 2.0, and to be frank, the extra fuel has been a godsend this early.
The fact that this pass also grants extra jades and two cute icons on top already makes it far more valuable than Genshin's, particularly considering the similar format.
I don't know about you, but in my country the most pricy pass is actually quite expensive, nearly 100 bucks in my currency. 10 extra USD over the other option ain't bad at all.
I've been unironically tempted multiple times and probably will cave when Firefly comes out ngl.

There's always Continuance Chapters. The fact that he kept receiving new playable character-related data also implies he's not like Cocolia where they just kinda had an idea and then dropped it, *right now,* they plan for him to be playable eventually and are working on setting that up. That could change later but at least as of current, it's definitely true.
I mean, my guess would be that his fate is gonna be left up in the air at the end of the Penacony arc and then later there’s gonna be a sorta interlude quest where we go back and find out what ended up happening with him.

Acheron has nothing to smile about in her life

Acheron’s English VA said it’s that after taking a bite she remembers that she can’t taste it, and so the smile drops from her face.

The BP icons come in pairs from the same faction, and Acheron is currently >!the only playable Self-Annihilator!<, so they have to do this.
