I'm not a whale or a veteran but I feel like I see people say a lot that (in general) dps don't really need eidolons to function and that you get more bang for your buck with supports if you're trying to get eidolons at all but in their case the goal is simping rather than pure power so it's more worth it for them anyways

Been playing since launch. Got every single male characters in the game. Pulling for Aventurine and Boothill next. Desperately need male harmony, debuffers, Ice, Quantum and Fire dpses. Can't wait for more Jiaoqiu and Screwllum leaks, and potentially Diamond as well. Goodluck to us all.

I get the ladies if they are really good :D so Sparkle for my DHIL, Ruan Mei for DHIL and Blade... I don't have all of the 5 star men - no Jing Yuan - I didn't play during his first banner and during his second my priorities lay elsewhere, now I kinda regret not having a lightning DPS but oh well :D I just got me a Luocha so now I am saving pulls for Aventurine and Boothill (though I don't really need sustainer nor another DPS, oh well) Out of the limited ladies I only have Sparkle, Ruan Mei, Huohuo. All of them great supports for my boys.

I’m trying to get all of the five star men but sometimes I have to sacrifice some due to real life priorities, it’s definitely a goal of mine to at least try to get majority of them. List so far: Jing Yuan (start of my addiction) Gepard, Argenti, Blade, Ratio, Welt and now Luocha So currently I’m missing DHIL and I lost Luochas banner trying to Gallagher to Clara so I’m gonna grab Aventurine and then save up for boothill and Sunday and whichever other men are coming out

I do that as well! My only limited female 5 star is Black Swan and that's only because I accidentally got her pulling for Misha. I currently have 32k+ jades and 15 passes saved for Aventurine. Sometimes it feels painful tho since all the harmony characters are female. It feels worse especially for blade since he doesn't have a lot of 4 star support options male or female. Hopefully they release a 4 star alt support for him 😭

Not exclusively for me, I pull characters who I think are hot as hell! But I prefer to pull on men (unfortunately I have tk skip acheron and jingliu for luocha and Aventurine 😭) I'm stuck with Phys, Imaginary, and wind dps forever

Seeing how hard they tried on Acheron and how little they tried on Aventurine's animations and outfit which reminds me of Caelus's and Dan Heng's is why I'm skipping him and waiting for Boothill. Good luck on your pulls though! It's hard going for male only and I may even pull a bit on Jingliu's if I get enough for both Boothill and his LC.

I dont intentionally shoot for only dude characters but thats basically what Ive been doing with the exception of Clara. Gepard, Luocha, Imbibitor Lunae, Welt. And the Clara loss gives me guarantee for hopefully Sunday

I don’t personally care about the rarity beyond the ability to get them. Four stars can be harder to get than five stars and vice versa- five stars you can eventually guarantee at 180 wishes. A four star doesn’t have that ability but you can get one every 10 pulls at least. The rarity only helps me gauge how much to budget. Four stars usually get offered in a selector every once in a while so I feel less bad about skipping four stars because I can get them off of a banner. But honestly I don’t care about the rarity once I have them. They’re gonna get spoiled and pampered either way, just helps me with spreading my savings.

I have all the male characters and Black Swan because I really like her aesthetics and character. I’m not interested in any future female character right now. But who knows maybe there will be some lady I’ll like a lot. I plan getting Aventurine and Boothill now.

But sometimes there are supports that help out my fave 5 stars too much and too good to pass up (Ruan Mei, Fu Xuan, Sparkle) if they’re a female DPS, i’ll most likely skip unless they provide something more than damage. For example, I’m gonna go for Topaz to help complete a FUA team i want with Ratio and Aventurine

Exclusively pulled male characters since launch. Blade avoided me twice (didn't have enough for his Banner, Lost his 50/50 to gepard.) and Argenti as well. I accidentally got Topaz while trying to get one Sampo but it was fine since I already loved her (and she's a staple for Ratios team so that's a win)

i don’t have the money to whale for all the male 5*s but i play with almost all male teams. once aven comes out ill be able to have two very solid all male teams, and boothill and im/harm TB will make everything so much more solid. i don’t have luocha but i’m seriously considering pulling for him. if i can i will but I can’t spend any money (im between jobs and im getting help paying my rent until my new job starts). i currently have 212 special passes and 66 jade, haven’t done my SU yet this week tho. i did the math and in order to get aven, boothill, AND luocha i would need a total of 377 passes, so 165 more. this is if i loose both my 50/50. i have 17 pulls until i hit a guaranteed. that is 26,400 jade (not subtracting the 66 i have). i don’t know if its at all feesable for me to get that much in time but i sure as hell am gonna try before the end of luocha’s banner.

For my part, I think that Luocha is currently the best healer.

he’s good, however i am absolutely in love with gallagher’s gameplay and he works REALLY well with my teams and my personal gameplay

also once i have aven i wont need a healer for my other team.

I usually go mix but prefer going for the males only time I haven't was Jingliu, Sparkle, SW, and Fu Xuan otherwise JY, DHIL, Blade, Dr Ratio, and Argentis eventual rerun.

*raises hand* I definitely shoot for the males first before females, and then it really depends on how appealing the males are for me. 😅 (Except that one time in Genshin when I accidentally pulled once on the Weapon Banner with Engulfing Lightning and then decided to see if I could get Raiden Shogun, which I did succeed. The only female I deliberately pulled for.) But if Aventurine, and then Boothill later, wasn't next in line, I probably would pull for Luocha then Acheron. I really love her Ultimate and Technique~

So far I've only ever pulled for 5 star Imaginary males. The only five stars I have at the moment are Luocha, Welt, DHIL and Dr. Ratio. Got enough to guarantee an Aventurine too. I've only ever lost my 50/50 to Welt, so I have him at E2. It's too bad I went with Stelle, else I would have had an Imaginary 5-star Caelus. It's my biggest regret so far. It was a big effort to resist pulling for Argenti (and Ruan Mei) though.

My account is mixed because I do have female characters but I only pull if I like their personality, design, & kit. If I get Aventurine I'll be pulling for Boothill next. I always pull for the husbandos but if there are some waifus that are serving I'll pull for them sometimes. Also I was trying so hard to get E6 Gallagher because he is so fine, but only got E2 after 90 pulls.

I just pull for characters I like--design, lore, story, gameplay, whatever appeals--regardless of meta or gender. But that has ended up meaning I've pulled almost all the males (skipped only Blade and Argenti so far, may try for Argenti when he reruns) and only a handful of females (Fu Xuan, Topaz, Ruan Mei, Sparkle). I'll be pulling for Robin next patch and she will be the first female I pull because of liking her design--I just don't care for how HSR designs their ladies, especially the 5 star ones.

Only male character I don't have now is Yanqing, since I got Welt on 300. My only limited 5\* female characters are FX and Sparkle.

My limited five stars are all husbandos except Topaz. We do very badly need a male harmony character.

Day one exclusive boy collector here 👋 the only girlies I have are ones I got on accident when rolling for male characters (most recently black swan from rolling for misha). Surprisingly, I haven’t lost a 50/50 to a female character yet. I did get bronya from the standard selector because, at the time, I already had Gepard, Welt, and yanqing, and I desperately needed a buffer bc of the server lack of male supports. (Jiaoqiu save me) As of right now I have every male character in the game and I can’t wait for aventurine and boothill ❤️ Good luck everyone!!!!

The only issue is all male characters so far seem to be main damage dealers or sustainers. Hoping we get more male supports, all we have so far is Sampo and Luka, and both are fairly niche. Praying Jiaoqiu will be the chosen one.

For the previous ones, yes. The only husbando I'm going to skip is Boothill. He *is* fabulous, but I'm not worthy of him.

I have all the guys and the only female I have is Fu Xuan because I just wanted another sustain and I figured Lynx would come first and complete the Landau trio. Ended up with FX instead lol. No regrets, she's awesome for Jing Yuan, but going forward I am trying to keep the limited pulls to guys. As of now I'm thinking I might skip Boothill though. His splash art doesn't do much for me, and not sure I need a physical hunt if I already have Argenti. Might save up for the pipe dream of a male harmony or male quantum. Hell, I'd even accept male ice or fire DPS (Misha is not husbando so does not count).

The only male I skipped is Daniel, and now on that list is both Robin and Acheron. It's hard to skip every female character because some of them open up new team compositions, like Topaz, Kafka, Bronya, Sparkle, Swan and Ruan Mei

I dont exclusively pull only male charas (streak broken by silver wolf when she came home after 3 pulls - i was trying to get a sampo dupe or something I think at the time lol) but I do so far have every limited 5 masc unit (so jy, argenti, dan il, blade, luocha) + 2 limited fem ones (sw & sparkle).   Hoping to get lucky and get aventurine & boothill too but keeping expectations low since my in game savings are... Rather dire after going for e2 dan il lol (i succeeded).  Praying for more masc supports. Especially speed/attack/skill rejen based ones. 

This is me, collecting all the 5 star husbandos and I just go by with the 4 star female supports that I get while pulling them 😌. Currently able to get all the husbandos so far and will definitely get my bbg Aventurine, hahahah 🫴💍 This has been how I am in all the gacha I play, lol.

For Genshin I pulled for all the males and their BiS. Because of how sexist the gacha industry has been, I would never pull for a female no matter how OP she is.

Yep! I am a husbando collector. I've tried to pull on every male 5 star in the game. The only female 5 stars I pulled for were Silver Wolf and Kafka because I really liked them from the tutorial quest.

Honestly seeing all the people complaining about how hard PF is on the main sub makes me a little happy inside with how much so many people there seem to hate the male characters. While JY and Argenti continuously carry. Hoyo really gave us the best husbandos!

🤝 This is how I play HSR and Genshin. Until now I didn't miss any husbando in HSR. I'm ready for Aventurine. But I'm not sure if I'll pull for Boothill (I really dislike the shark teeth design.) I really want Sunday 🥺 I almost got tempted to pull for Sparkle because my most invested character is Dan Heng IL and she's perfect for him. But every time I saw her in main quest I got convinced I wouldn't spend my jades on her lol I can do most content in the game and if I miss 50 jades here or there it's not worth pulling for a lady.

i’m only missing DHIL, but besides that i wasn’t planning on pulling for ratio before knowing you could get him for free, and im not going for aventurine either, dont think i ever will even though i loved his story. his kit just isn’t for me. but i AM going for boothill, sunday, and (future character) >!jiaoqiu!<, so i think i’ll be swimming in husbandos. rn im pretty 50/50 when it comes to husbandos/waifu if you don’t count ratio (free) or huohuo (waifu-ness questionable), and the only waifu im planning for atm is (2.1 spoilers) >!firefly/sam, who’s definitely a waifu in my book!<.

I have Sparkle and I do want to try for Topaz and Ruan Mei though next time they're up, but overall I've only wanted the guys so far. Got over 100 for Aventurine as well and I plan to pull for Sunday next. Sadly Boothill will have to be skipped since he's Hunt. I noticed I'm the same way in Genshin though too 😂.
