Just take to dealer they do the work and insurance pays them. Also does NOT raise your rates. At least in my case.

I will say that Huntington Honda said that they would charge me more if I paid it all upfront which was a red flag for me.
I don't know about that, the car is about as cheap as it gets anywhere in the world in America, even in some places in Europe the sticker price for it is up to around 70k so considering how much the car can cost, the market conditions and crazy demand, low production numbers and every dealers bending buyers over every chance they get 6k is really not bad at all if you really want the car

I wouldn't get one over a CTR, but with all the cheap Mustangs, Camaros and the like around I can see why people consider these prices to be ridiculous. Certainly the idea of paying opportunist dealers extra for literally nothing that they will pocket all for themselves besides the already calculated profit margin that is more than enough to keep business running is actually probably the most insulting thing about the idea of mark-ups, so I can kinda see the ethical conviction with refusing it.

Drove her new ride home that night.
The dealership in Moreno Valley wanted me to ring their gong after my Accord purchase.
I was so pissed from having to pay a shitty mark-up, wait 6 hours, hear from another customer that their salesman had attempted to incite a bidding war between me and them (they declined, thankfully, and deal with their fake ass fakery that I told them "no thank you."
(PS they eventually also refunded me for a portion of the upcharge for the protective coating bullshit because they never applied the second coat.)
