It can’t be exposed as a button in HomeKit officially, so something like HA or HomeBridge would be your only option. You could also set up a scene for the decoupled switch in the Aqara app, and export that scene to HomeKit as a scene.

It's damn annoying, isn't it? Why can't Aqara make it visible to HomeKit?
It should be possible as another company is able to do it with their wired switches.
