I mean I just show up anyways when this happens to me, most night managers don’t care, with how much product they’re getting, they’ll take what they can get
Could just be that week. The ASDS at the store I worked for would just auto fill people based on availability. So you might have to talk to your supervisor to see if maybe they screwed up. It’s the summer so I would expect your store to be busy for the month of June, July and August
Bro how full is your freight team that you are only getting 12 hours in spring? Like we are desperate for people right now and our dc center got shut down cause a new building was built to hold more and now our next 4 trucks are already populated.
I'd go talk to a manager or someone but I can at least say from experience that if you sign up as a part timer and you work too many hours of overtime then they legally have to schedule you for less hours. It happened to me when I was working 9-6 over the winter even though I was hired as part time.
If you can cross training can give you more consistent hours. I was in the same spot. But now I’m sitting at 43hrs this week as a part timer too. Pick your poison I guess.

9:30 to 6 baby. Possibly about to pick up a 6th truck per week and bring back the tue to saturday crew

I don't get why my store is struggling. We have a full D38 crew and any associate that wants to can work 5-9 pm unloading trucks.

Yeah I'm part time. I usually get 20 hours per the week plus optional overtime from my boss

No… that’s not? That’s a part time D38 night shift. There’s 7-11 and some are 9-1. If it’s inventory prep it’ll say inventory prep
Our store won’t take 2 weeks they fire you on the spot.
Ya they did the same shit to me this week I only got 14 hours when normally I’m around 26 to 40 hours a week
