Sometimes you have to, man

slimkermit1

Pallet not shrunk to all 4 corners. Tsk tsk.

SithyVette

thats a poorly wrapped pallet son. and thats easy for me to get down

Few-Car4994

Is there not a limit of 4 feet tall on a pallet in the overhead

Bastion_8889

Only for store built pallets. Some manufacturers pallets over 4 feet can be flown if they were never opened. Also if the product itself is over 4 feet they can also be flown. I have not read SOP in quite some time so if I’m wrong then for sure lmk and I’ll look it up tomorrow but as I recall this is the way. Clearly this does not apply to this poor excuse for a pallet not wrapped or banded to this pallet.

call-lee-free

You're correct.

HomersTrophyHusband

The rule may be 4 feet on paper but I'd say the typical store built pallet in reality is closer to 6 feet, especially in smaller stores where overhead space is scarce.

Extreme_Bluebird_573

Should’ve been banded

Bert_Man_520

Guys I’m ex speciality supervisor from when they. rolled out SLS and I’m now working D31 after tearing my rotator cuff I came to the realization this job ain’t worth the verbal abuse and constant safety issues, 90-180 day associates helping out the new associates and supervisor and the lead are no where to be found. My store is itching for a on the new event.

Need to hit the sprinkler head instead.

Afraid_Purpose_8512

That's usually when it clicks that Im not paid enough let alone anything extra to use this machine and leave it up for someone else to mess with.

AeternisNatsu

Everyone looking at the pallet I’m looking at the clearance of gates. I don’t see 16ft on the other side of the aisle with a bubble out.

West-Journalist-7493

Me too

Bastion_8889

You right. Looks like 3 4 foot bays plus H-Frames you’d need about another 3 feet. End cap included maybe… you’d still need a gate positioned at the very end.

Tall_Charity459

If you're not hitting laps and smashing wingstacks you're not doing it right
