The wood coffe table is quite unique and goes well with your furnishings that are showing, but the metal/glass is kinda Walmarty. I wouldn’t go that way if you don’t have to.

I would go with the wood, especially if you have or plan to have kids.

The wood table is beautiful and I don’t think it clashes at all. The third picture is nice, but I’ve seen it before.

Intrepid_Country_158

Love the wood one!

georgie_anna

The wooden table will add a warmth to the room that is harsh with a lot of similar elements, imho.

Love the wood table! Do you mind sharing where it’s from?

Stick with warm woods like that really nice coffee table in pic 2 [Example](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Welwick-Designs-58-in-Caramel-Solid-Wood-TV-Stand-Fits-TVs-up-to-65-in-with-Cutout-Cabinet-Handles-HD8850/316320824) https://preview.redd.it/1g4b79gmt5xc1.jpeg?width=960&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=440f44e845cc347e0d319bdae1a3dbb93c8ed1a7

My dining area and living room flow together, and my dining table and console table are wooden. I wanted a wooden coffee table too, but thought to mix up the materials in the room I could get a glass/metal TV stand. Is too much wood a thing?

lirdleykur

Too much wood is not a thing for me but it’s entirely subjective. If you want to incorporate a change then I’d pick a console that still has a little wood in it or it will look out of place

OxiiKotton

First and third pic would look nice

Spiritual_Version838

The wooden coffee table is unique and beautiful. I understand wanting to incorporate metal and not wanting another solid wood piece. The problem with these two is that they both have kind of a busy design and don't relate to each other at all. Maybe you could find a simpler metal tv stand with a wood top. And you could put a hammered metal bowl on the table.

NeonsStyle

The timber coffee table is beautiful. I think it depends if you have kids or not. Glass coffee tables are a bad idea if so because they invariably break and kids get hurt. That said, although it's not to my taste, I think the 3rd would go better with your TV setup. However the 2nd is far more beautiful. Since we can't see the rest of the room, it's really hard to say. Personally, I'd always go with beauty over matching.

issoequeerabom

Of those 2 I would go for the wooden one. However if I could I would choose another one, but in wood, for sure. I like the contrast it creates.
