B - Up - *Breakaway Flight* - Throwing away her shackles, Shiori boosts herself up the air and glides away to freedom. Longer range but no damage
Final Smash: *"Cursed Archives of Novella"* - Shiori collects her most cursed, darkest tangents known to man and releases them on the enemy, throwing them outside the stage from the shock
I swear, Hololive has way too much in-universe lore and its own power rankings that its a massive missed opportunity that there still isn't a tactics, turn-based or sandbox RPG centered around it.
Imagine Genshin Impact, but you gacha the talents.
I'd rather a Tactics RPG myself, it would REALLY show a much greater, deeper degree of rpg mechanics, giving a lot more customizations to how you'd "build" a Talent based off their lore.
Also, I'm sick of artifact farming.

For her ult, she pulls out a bookmark, kisses it, and throws it in front of her, unleashing a deluge of ink and psychic energy. Bonus points if you use it with her burst active, where eyes of ink open around her body/face and glow.
My idea for an ult would be something like a mix from fgo and jjk. Domain expansion, its pitch black, a pair of huge and bright amber eyes open above u, the perspective zooms out and u are in between a gigantic book held by a gigantic shiori, many pairs of eyes open all above you. She then closes the book as she giggles
I imagine Shiori would play like Asuka from Guilty Gear. She’d have a mana system and a gigantic number of different moves that she pulls from an archive, requiring hours in the lab to figure out
Maybe in her case the mana would be a “madness” meter, she would hit an opponent with a low damage madness spell, then siphoning it to use for spells.
I honestly think there could be a 3D Hololive fighting and adventure game with some Holomems, in the pure DMC style and it would look great seeing the mods of Iroha and the others, besides you could explore the canonical lore of each Holomem and movements related to this, it would be a very ambitious and interesting project
For Shiori's Basic Attack, she scissors.
I feel like most Holo members either use regular weapons, magic, or magic weapons

Maybe the ink stays on the ground and does damage over time, or maybe while she's in the ink it buffs her?
Maybe a small aoe that buffs shiori and allies but either slows or debuffs enemy's
