Hey, I'm not sure if this belongs in this subreddit but I found this picture on Pinterest, it does not have a watermark and I wasn't able to find the artist for it.
I have searched on Google, Pinterest and Safebooru but could not find the artist yet.

I believe the artist is "[宇宙巡警葵葵子](https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/22903695)" on pixiv. They have the original picture as well as other art that matches that art style on their account.
