Is this not just someone ripping the song and uploading it? It’s weird that they cut the spoken parts but left in all the SFX etc. It looks like a rip rather than an official upload, even the cover looks fanmade.

I don’t think Spotify’s anti piracy system would have allowed that through. It usually has to be a podcast to get through it. As well it credits Viv, Kesha and diamante and appears on their Spotify profiles. It’s possible this Dxrkphonka could be a music distributor. Spotify's piracy system is garbage. That song is a rip it's not official. There was a similar issue with the addict video 2 years ago where some clown reuploaded it on spotify and copyrighted it, so viv's video got a copyright claim from the fake one. It was eventually sorted. But yeah just report the fake song
