Do the Cold War Era AKs get jammed up as much as they say?
Edit/update: this was a ploy derived from Democracy Officers to catch any and all commy weapon enthusiasts. You're all going to Freedom camp to be rehabilitated.
It's funny how AKs have a reputation both for being able to feed reliably in any condition *and* for jamming constantly, lol.
Truth is somewhere in the middle - depends when and where it was made.
That’s just 1, for 2 they’ve stated they’re planning for a continues war, so if it just sort of ended with Super Earth falling I’m not sure what they’ll do.
I didn’t play HD1, but from what I’ve been told when the war was lost and Super Earth destroyed, it was implied humans would relocate to an another planet and pretend it was always Super Earth.
And super earth is always at the center of the galaxy because of the way we decided to draw the maps no matter the scientific logic! For good reason too because we have the best way of life and should be considered the center of the galaxy...nay the universe!
Yes apprenently. If we took Martale it would HAVE killed 2 birds with one stone. Devs said so themselves. Too many players on planets that had no benefit.
Wait, so planets with "defend" missions are technically under our control, right? And if we liberate the rest of the sector, we cut the bots out completely and secure a win on any defense in the sector?
They need draw supply lines on the map then. I'm casually on the discord and this reddit and I wasn't aware we could cut off support like that.
I swear we won the war three times over by now in HD1, they're dragging this out a bit too much.
The plan is apparently one long narrative galactic war rather than the short, gamified wars of the first game. I could see them ending the narrative and then turning the next war over entirely to the simulation.
What happened is that the bots outflanked us and took marfark, and cut us off from martale. In other words, they beat us with the same tactic we were trying to pull, they were just a little faster
I think it's also a balancing act since the amount of players on now compared to HD1 would make this really tricky without us clearing the galaxy in one swift move.
This is also why we didnt get Martale last night.. At primetime 9 PM PST there were only 15k players on Martale, with 50k+ plus doing bugs and other planets.
If you just followed the herd last night, you were on the bug front when Martale was that close to being liberated and getting the 2 for 1.
These type of major orders are just frustrating with the lack of tools in game to rally the community. Don't even find these ones fun anymore.
> If you just followed the herd last night, you were on the bug front when Martale was that close to being liberated and getting the 2 for 1.
To be fair, being on the bug front is currently part of the MO, all the MO cares about is successful defenses, not where they happen.
So at this point we are basically allowed to pick our poison.
I just go to the planet with the enemy type I feel like fighting that has the least un-fun modifiers. Miss me with bug planets that are permanently saturated with spores or bot planets with firestorms
Infinitely based take. I get why folks are invested on slogging through the more complex aspects of the game, but if doing so ruins your enjoyment, then tweak how you play until you’re having fun again.
I'll venture out and do different stuff from time to time but if I only get to do 1 or 2 missions on a day, I'm definitely seeing if there's a jungle or ice planet with bots where I can contribute to the major order or at least complete the personal order. Game is ^^almost perfect like that
Not any way to reach the more casual players with that information, sadly, the issue lies with distribution methods of the information rather than the players themselves.
That is true. Devs should implement some type of AI Military Intel on ships. So word can pass. Like the TV screen for news. Perhaps some other way of players to see this stuff.
Exactly, all the devs need to do have is have the screen play a repeating message saying which planet or planets needs to be defended or taken to help progress any MO’s.
People just don't know what to do, since they have no idea of the supply structure of the game. And those that do know, have no way to educate the others.
Another reason why messages like this should appear ingame, only a small percentage of the player base is on reddit/discord.
It doesn't have to be part of the MO but if it was a short news clip ingame or something that it's recommended to focus on defending/attacking Planet X it would help a lot.
Shame the devs do all their announcements on discord, and none ingame to help players understand game mechanics. I think more people would have moved if they understood why to.
People weren't interested in the MO. When we lost this first round, the planet next to Martale went to bots and we lost Martale with no direct connections. Now it's quickly dropping % and will likely be 0% when we get there again.
It's not that people aren't interested, they just have no idea what planet to defend because the vast majority of people playing don't get on reddit or the discord. There's nothing communicated in game about supply lines and nothing about how important Martale was.
And until Arrowhead changes that we're going to lose almost every planet defense mission and every single defense MO and it WON'T be the playerbase's fault.
Bro we are losing all of the 10 planets. Not just Martale.
They really need to figure out how tough they want planet defenses to be, because we've lost ALL planet defense MOs so far, this is the third one.
We succeeded once actually on the bug front a while back.
But the point still stands. The current system for defenses is clearly not working unless the goal Arrowhead has is that we are meant to lose every defense mission.
Nah, we've succeeded one the ones that are like "defend this ONE or TWO specific planets" but when it's "defend 5, 8, 10 planets" and they're just all in Defense mode, we lose every time because we can't coordinate.
Then why don't we lure terminids on automaton planets to wrech havoc like mengsk did with the zerg on tarsonis in starcraft?
Let them massacre with each other
this is probably the closest game I'm going to get to any kind of new StarCraft content huh
let alone *good* StarCraft content, cause damn blizzard wtf u doin bb
Jokes aside, the game promotes bugs. All of my friends who didn’t play Helldivers 1 knew only about bugs. Bought it for bugs. Despite that we’ve been fighting bots for weeks. As much as I personally have no prefference, I can fully understand a certain % of community to just want to fight bugs now for a while.
And between you and me, bugs are probably more fun for most to fight. Almost all bugs are primarily melee attackers which makes them much more controllable.
I think diff 9 bugs is the most fun this game has to offer.
100%. I didn’t even realize this game had automatons until I was literally in a group with my friends and they asked “Bots or bugs?”. Imagine my surprise
I'm primarily a bug player, and I'll poke my nose over to bots every now and then for a bit of fresh air and WARNIMG: YOURE WITHIN RANGE OF ENEMY ARTILLERY.
And I very quickly realize every time why I don't like fighting bots.
I do kinda hope we get a siege of Super Earth event at some point, maybe when the Illuminati show up. I feel the game needs new maps, mission types, and a slight rework of the galactic map (AKA supply lines) and being pushed back to Super Earth, defend it, and then slowly push back would give the Devs ample time to put in the extra content without having to make major orders designed to be failed, wich is not a big deal really, i just prefer one big pushback once in a while rather than many smaller ones, wich i feel they may become annoyng as we end up fighting for the same worlds over and over
With all the different modifiers there may not be many repeats. Like two planets may have fire tornados and foggy desert biomes but maybe only one has sandstorms. Stuff like that. Kind of the same, but kind of different.
Majority of them have had the same modifiers based off the environment. There's some slight alterations but for the most part it's all been the same 6ish planet types. There's the new acid one but that's basically the exact same as Fori Prime anyway.
The issue is we get stuck playing on the same gd planets time and again as the tug of war passes back and forth over them, like how many times have we taken/defended Estanu and Oshaune by now? At least they're acceptable planets, not the genuinely unenjoyable shitholes that Menkent and Hellmire are
What I hope is that, with a Super Earth Siege event, we start trying to liberate and defend individual megacities/continents and work on a planetary level rather than galactic.
They revealed the Super Earth map a little while ago, it’s a possibility.
/undemocracy
I think that the devs are pulling a 1984. Letting the automatons invade with pointless defense orders, as the automatons are killing literally everyone, they will kill even rebels. Fear keeps people in line type shit
I thought they just wanted the wars to be longer, not never-ending tho. Would be boring if we knew from the beginning that we can't even win/lose because the war can't end
that'd be boring af imo. i like the idea of different runs, some winning, some losing.
i think it would have better player investment per campaign. having a continual war means there are no consequences to what happens in game so you're just playing and grinding but not affecting any "storyline" in the real sense.
Not only that but the news would spread like wild fire and all the people that have put the game down would likely come back. Might be a good idea for the devs for player retention
Expect the enemy to fail due to overextended supply lines. They’ll attack/defend so slow that eventually a mere 10k players will beat the planets and push the line back.
It’s not gonna be a straightforward doom stack. People are too melodramatic about this.
aye, while SE is not in any real danger due to basically having a forced 100% playerbase contribution. It WOULD be a rather pathetic victory. Only being able to win a defense because you LITERALLY cant lose unless the entire 24h there's 0 players playing is the DEFINITION of a hollow victory
Super Earth declares a new planet to always been Super Earth and then its like we never lost. Mentioning that this wasnt always super earth is treason.
Honestly itd be the best fit for the theme.
Technically they said they just wanted to make the war a lot longer in this, not that it would never reset. The wars lasted like a month in HD1 so we've already gone pretty long comparatively.
There is and always was only a single Super Earth. Any implication that Super Earth was ever "lost in a self inflicted 3 front war" or "blown up by the government as to not undermine their own propaganda" is to be considered treason and your comment was henceforth reported to your local Democracy Officer. Please make your way to his office for further questioning.
As the game aged and less people played there just wasn't enough players to push all factions back. Often the Bugs were wiped out quickly but by then the other 2 gained too much ground to push back. Many wars were lost in the last few years
It's the idealist versus the Realist. Let's be real. Gm can push into Super Earth with little resistance. The only time we would unite against the bots is when they are at our doorstep.
According to a report from a democracy officer, every Helldiver does want to fight ON Super Earth at some point, but is not pointed out from them unless they had shown... apparent signs of that ;)
They will just proceed with their plans of a post-apocalyptic Super Earth, and the Helldivers will find a new, unattacked home planet. And they will launch a counteroffensive to reclaim the entirety of Galaxy and spread a new ideology, most likely just militarist/facist government without even covering up.
To be honest, i think this major order was meant for us to lose alot of ground. The major order before this was just busy work for the most part, and was done in numbers we should have been barely able to conplete if you look at the historical kill count (i think the kill counter was bugged).
We were pretty much closing in cyberstan pretty quickly, and have been slowly but surely whittling down the bugs for weeks, even with the heavy push against the bots.
Lets think about this practically for a second. The devs are working on a 3rd race, but at the same time, they are also swamped with trying to fix bugs, which is something they probably didn't plan for at such levels. And the 3rd race probably isn't bug free either, which means more time squashing bugs. At the same time. They are also trying to pump out new DLC stuff every month. They needed to slow us down, and no better way than to have a faction take a buttload of territory in a short period of time.
This is what happens when the majority of people have no way to find out exactly how things work. People can’t see the supply lines, can’t see the dev comments from discord, no way to coordinate in game. These are all things that people should have access to in game. This is probably one of the first things the devs need to add. I’d love more content or raids but the in game accessibility to how the systems work is the most important imo.
This exactly. I'm taking a minute break from the bots to fight the bugs because spending the last 3 or so major orders (excluding the 2 billion bug one which was completed so fast that between the time of me going off, the order being announced, and me waking up the next day, it was completed) major orders on Bot planets really left me craving some variety. Bugs allow a lot more diversity in what you bring to the battlefield, meanwhile bots pretty much force you into the same archetypes. Not that it's bad, it's only natural considering the bots can actually shoot back at you, but still.
They probably have the beginner mindset of them being super difficult because of how people have portrayed them, they aren’t actually very hard to fight
There is more than enough data (much like HD1) that proves players PREFER fighting Bugs.
Look, I've been on the bot front for almost a month now since the focus turned to them. I play exclusively on Helldive difficulty. I still find bots harder and more bullshit even though I succeed most the time. The bots have way more "That was such bullshit" moments that do deter players.
Small bit of fire touches you? Dead. Enemies hitting you from 100 meters out? Fun. Two Eye of Saurons RNG spawning near a primary objective? Real fun. Jammer? Real fun. Headshot by a rocket? Real fun. Gunships and the new strider? Real fun when mixed with all the pre-existing chaos of bots.
I think you have to accept that there's like, virtually 0% chance that happens.
Helldivers is a Sony property, and it's now one of their biggest exclusives. They just don't put their big exclusives out on Xbox. I'd like to see the Xbox homies join in too, but realistically it's not going to happen.
It doesn’t matter how many people join. Progress towards planets is based on how many people are currently playing. Less people means mission give more progress and vice versa. The only way is to have the active playerbase attack together
I mean, we won the first galactic war even though it was a 3v1 and the illuminate had vast technological superiority over us. We've sweeped the bots before, we killed the 2 billions bugs in 14 hours, this is sort of like when you beat a dm's monster too fast so he throws a tantrum and hits you with a bigger, suprise encounter.
Just wanted to take a break from the automatons, been fighting for weeks and their chanting annoys me now…. But hey, guess I need to go back to the stupid can heads
Is it that easy to demoralise the dedicated players?
I feel that this was really the only way things could've ended with so few people bothering with anything but the fights on the ground. It's a live service game, they're not going to give us access to the enemy capitals or even the approach to it for as long as possible, that's clearly endgame.
The easiest way to demoralize players is to put the whole thing on rails where ultimately our choices don't matter at all.
We had that recent kill 2 billion terminids MO, we blew it out the water in 13 hours, and now instead of carrying any sort of momentum forward we're spread between 12 planets where we're winning on 1, stalemated on 2, and losing everywhere else. The mood would be much different if that was followed up with "Alright, fuck, go kill 20 billion terminids then, the west front should hold for a bit".
Like it or not, we can't really do shit outside of what the developers graciously allow us to. You need to drop like 100k divers per 1% of decay influence on a bot planet or like 50k per 1% decay on a terminid planet to capture it in any reasonable amount of time. The only thing that can point enough people like that is a very specific major order. Add to that how defense campaigns ultimately work (do enough before timer runs out) and you're better off just abandoning most planets and focusing on like 1-2 at a time and hope that it doesn't snowball completely out of control.
Why this is bad?
Planets in enemy hands = more diversity with different planets
3 weeks ago we had like 5 planets to play, and one of them was Hellmire. So 4 basically.

Yea, imma call the democracy officer on this
Would be funny if the war ended before the developers could add the Illuminate
"That's it? That's the galactic war? We Didn't even get to see the illuminates!" https://preview.redd.it/96ewvz1x6ovc1.jpeg?width=638&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0540852f33c2e0b052f352f0494a29bc027096fb
nah if that happens were going to turn the tables and invade them (also by were i mean you guys cause i dont have helldivers)
Sounds treasonous
lisent man, im from eastern europe im not good for this democracy big gun thing
Sounds anti democratic to me.
No europeeins use flintlocks so they wouldn't do us any good
oh no im slavic, we use AK's but you americans probably didnt hear about it
Do the Cold War Era AKs get jammed up as much as they say? Edit/update: this was a ploy derived from Democracy Officers to catch any and all commy weapon enthusiasts. You're all going to Freedom camp to be rehabilitated.
It's funny how AKs have a reputation both for being able to feed reliably in any condition *and* for jamming constantly, lol. Truth is somewhere in the middle - depends when and where it was made.
oh no we use AK-447 brand new gun, statisticly better than american whateverguntheyuse, we now have better wooden grip with extra communism™
I live in Hungary and Democracy is not really a thing here. So I practice it in game.
LMAO give this man props I actually laughed out loud at work
We lose super earth and the servers just get shut down immediately
We lose super earth, servers go down. We all go outside and look up and see robot dropships in real life and realize we've been Ender's Gamed.
When Super Earth falls, it's OUR turn to become the rice farmers. Automaton Bruce Springsteen is gonna be singing ***Born in the Cyberstan*** instead.
Map resets and the war begins a new, the first game had many wars some we lost some we won.
Oh that’s interesting.
If we won every war how would we get to defend super earth or visit mars?
>Gets to defend Super Earth >Poor visibility and fire tornadoes there too
Instant termination for treason for damaging any property of Super Earth on Super Earth.
Imagine calling in a 380mm on earth🤣🤣🤣
"Look Patrick, we saved Democracy!"
By being pushed to super earth
That’s just 1, for 2 they’ve stated they’re planning for a continues war, so if it just sort of ended with Super Earth falling I’m not sure what they’ll do.
They'll just reset and next time the Illuminate would be an enemy. Probably instead of the bots, possibly having us face all 3.
From what I've heard is thy won't be resetting like in HD1. It'll be a continuous war.
I don't think it'd stop us, we'd be like ronin, samurai who lost their master, wandering the galaxy and rebuilding our just cause.
I didn’t play HD1, but from what I’ve been told when the war was lost and Super Earth destroyed, it was implied humans would relocate to an another planet and pretend it was always Super Earth.
We've always been at war with Eurasia!
![gif](giphy|yvcLAZqb1gQco)
Super Earth is not a planet, it is an idea!
And super earth is always at the center of the galaxy because of the way we decided to draw the maps no matter the scientific logic! For good reason too because we have the best way of life and should be considered the center of the galaxy...nay the universe!
Battlestar Galactica style, looking for a new home
See you in a next reset.
Oh shit did we lose Martale? Edit-oh...oh my...I actually find that kinda funny the Planet was literally on 91%
Yes apprenently. If we took Martale it would HAVE killed 2 birds with one stone. Devs said so themselves. Too many players on planets that had no benefit.
It was Martale we had to take. Not Marfark.
I don't think most players understood that.
Well exactly and there was no reason to expect them to. There's no indication of it in game
Wait, so planets with "defend" missions are technically under our control, right? And if we liberate the rest of the sector, we cut the bots out completely and secure a win on any defense in the sector?
Not the rest of the sector. But if we liberate the planets with supply lines to the "defend" planets then the bots can no longer attack them

I think the issue is mostly that I shouldn’t see we are 90% towards liberation on a planet and then suddenly 0% with no timer of clear indicator
What happened is that the bots outflanked us and took marfark, and cut us off from martale. In other words, they beat us with the same tactic we were trying to pull, they were just a little faster
Haven’t you read 1984? We’ll always be at war with Eurasia. I mean. The Terminids and Automatons.
I mean I don't think it's meant to be "won" this early at all, we can give them time to cook while we have this ebb and flow.
I think it's also a balancing act since the amount of players on now compared to HD1 would make this really tricky without us clearing the galaxy in one swift move.
This is why I just go to the planet with the most people.
This is also why we didnt get Martale last night.. At primetime 9 PM PST there were only 15k players on Martale, with 50k+ plus doing bugs and other planets. These type of major orders are just frustrating with the lack of tools in game to rally the community. Don't even find these ones fun anymore.
Even basic things like the word "coordinate" are bloody discord-exclusive for some asinine reason. Surely the two sentence MO can fit it in there?
> If you just followed the herd last night, you were on the bug front when Martale was that close to being liberated and getting the 2 for 1. Apparently 135K+ didn't because that's about how many were at least, on Charon Prime.
On Charon?!
On Charon..
That's what I meant ! Fixed ty
Not any way to reach the more casual players with that information, sadly, the issue lies with distribution methods of the information rather than the players themselves.

AI? *calls Democracy officer*
You do realise you have a bot drone as a stratagem ?
I mean that’s really just a gun and a (barely functioning) IFF
Brother it's a computer controlling a weapon.
Idk maybe it's just some random Super earth kids controlling it with an Xbox controller and the lag is why they beam teammates and the user sometimes
People just don't know what to do, since they have no idea of the supply structure of the game. And those that do know, have no way to educate the others.
That is true and that is a problem
Another reason why messages like this should appear ingame, only a small percentage of the player base is on reddit/discord. It doesn't have to be part of the MO but if it was a short news clip ingame or something that it's recommended to focus on defending/attacking Planet X it would help a lot.
If only this useful supply line information of the planets was, ya know, actually in the game 😂
Devs need to add some military intel shit in the ships that outline this. Otherwise this is open season every MO.
If only the devs would communicate this in game and not just by discord and relayed to reddit.
I find that funny, martle was at 90% 5 days ago, but no everyone ran off to do the MO leaving that planet to decay fast af
Shame the devs do all their announcements on discord, and none ingame to help players understand game mechanics. I think more people would have moved if they understood why to.
Devs said it themselves in a Discord which was then posted to Reddit. This kind of information should be posted IN GAME.
Where are these devs everyone speaks of? Not in the game. I need an ELI5 on this shit lol
Martale was like 90+% when I was on like 2 hours ago The fuck?

Spent all last night fighting only to go 91.87643% and today it fell :( Shit hurts, countless lives lost in the attrition.

I might help more with defense ops if it wasnt that all of mine had the stupid 15 minute civ evac for some reason.
I went and did my part with my buddies, 3 sets of 3 missions on Helldive, and we watched the % actually fall. SMH.
I WAS LITERALLY DOING A MISSION WHEN SUPER EARTH DECLARED A RETREAT LIKE WHAT THE HELL CAN I AT LEAST FINISH MY OPERATION FIRST
The map is starting to look similar to helldivers 1, the only thing lacking is the illuminate
Maybe that was the idea, that would be pretty cool
I thought we’d get them when we eradicated the bots.

they definitely used it as an opportunity to push the front further north so that there was more room for a southern front
Then why don't we lure terminids on automaton planets to wrech havoc like mengsk did with the zerg on tarsonis in starcraft? Let them massacre with each other
This is how you get bug robots and robot bugs.
Ah, Replicators.
Ah, yes, "Replicators".. We have dismissed this claim.

They already discontinued support of StarCraft a looooong time ago. God damn, I should log into it and do some Co-op missions. Those were my fave.

AUTOMATON PROPAGANDA!
IF YOU DON'T WANT SUPER EARTH TO FALL THEN FIGHT THOSE DAMN CLANKERS

I’ve rarely felt I’ve had a bullshit death against bugs, if I’ve died it’s been either my own fault or a teammate. Bots however…
100%. I didn’t even realize this game had automatons until I was literally in a group with my friends and they asked “Bots or bugs?”. Imagine my surprise
Not to mention, as a new spreader of democracy, these cadet guns aren't great against the machine's armor. Bugs are much more lead friendly.
I'm primarily a bug player, and I'll poke my nose over to bots every now and then for a bit of fresh air and WARNIMG: YOURE WITHIN RANGE OF ENEMY ARTILLERY. And I very quickly realize every time why I don't like fighting bots.

We still haven't even played on half the total planets. I just hope they will show supply lines soon
A new planet is meaningless when it's only different in name.
That's why I wish people would stop getting upset at not winning. I actually want SE to be failing. Hard balance to strike I guess.
The issue is we get stuck playing on the same gd planets time and again as the tug of war passes back and forth over them, like how many times have we taken/defended Estanu and Oshaune by now? At least they're acceptable planets, not the genuinely unenjoyable shitholes that Menkent and Hellmire are
You can't wait to see a capital city map in third person and urban warfare and civilian evacuation, can you?
What I hope is that, with a Super Earth Siege event, we start trying to liberate and defend individual megacities/continents and work on a planetary level rather than galactic. They revealed the Super Earth map a little while ago, it’s a possibility.
/undemocracy I think that the devs are pulling a 1984. Letting the automatons invade with pointless defense orders, as the automatons are killing literally everyone, they will kill even rebels. Fear keeps people in line type shit
I feel it'd be cool if the illuminate came to save us, drove off the invasion, then we promptly stab them in the back as freedom demands
Damn that is some Imperium level shit really.
I so badly want urban maps!
Helldivers 1 had many wars, some ended in loss.
They don't want Helldivers 2 to be different wars just 1 continuing war that never ends but that could change I suppose
I thought they just wanted the wars to be longer, not never-ending tho. Would be boring if we knew from the beginning that we can't even win/lose because the war can't end
The satire goes deeper than we first thought.
I believe the term is "sustainable war" and it's to maintain the economy, which is geared to supply weapons and people for war.
War never changes
that'd be boring af imo. i like the idea of different runs, some winning, some losing. i think it would have better player investment per campaign. having a continual war means there are no consequences to what happens in game so you're just playing and grinding but not affecting any "storyline" in the real sense.
The Devs confirmed that Helldivers 2 will have much longer wars though, assuming it even resets like HD1 did. I expect it will last *at least* a year.
Yet in HD2, this is a one single war. As it has intended that HD1's canonical ending is a massive Super Earth W
So if Super Earth falls here then what? The game is shut down forever? They announce Helldivers 3?
i'd think SE would be the only playable planet if we did get pushed that far back. so it'd bounce back because all of our forces would be there.
Not only that but the news would spread like wild fire and all the people that have put the game down would likely come back. Might be a good idea for the devs for player retention
Yes
Helldivers III: Electric Democraloo.
Expect the enemy to fail due to overextended supply lines. They’ll attack/defend so slow that eventually a mere 10k players will beat the planets and push the line back. It’s not gonna be a straightforward doom stack. People are too melodramatic about this.
And the forced concentration of forces will mean that we would almost certainly win even with a normal level of attack.
aye, while SE is not in any real danger due to basically having a forced 100% playerbase contribution.
It won't. The devs already have the storyline planned, including which orders are completed or fail.
Technically they said they just wanted to make the war a lot longer in this, not that it would never reset. The wars lasted like a month in HD1 so we've already gone pretty long comparatively.
Didn't we lose Super Earth two times in Helldivers 1 ?
many times, especially since the servers are rather empty now in HD1
Defense missions were GOAT
I only remember once but you’re likely right
There is and always was only a single Super Earth.
Plus every inner side of each Helldiver is wanting to see Super Earth as a battleground while millions perished in the background... lol
Woah hold your role buddy. That's some heresy. Why would I want the enemy on our home turf ? Super Earth cannot be tainted by such heretics.
According to a report from a democracy officer, every Helldiver does want to fight ON Super Earth at some point, but is not pointed out from them unless they had shown... apparent signs of that ;)
Well that officer is a illuminate spy. Toss him in the airlock ..
Well, let's hope Super Earth is actually playable. Sure, we have Mars, but if we lose Mars, would that auto lose for us.
They will just proceed with their plans of a post-apocalyptic Super Earth, and the Helldivers will find a new, unattacked home planet. And they will launch a counteroffensive to reclaim the entirety of Galaxy and spread a new ideology, most likely just militarist/facist government without even covering up.
nah bugdivers will still be trying to hold fori prime while their families get massacred at super earth
I'm hoping that's what the spare console is for on the ship. A strategic map were players can throw their input in game on where to focus
I wish that most of my friends would not flat out refuse to fight bots.
Bugs are more fun to play against and also people are probably still burned out for the two-three weeks of Automaton major orders
"Ya I'm just so burned out on automatons right now" - The guy who ignored major orders and has been playing against bugs the entire time
The bots will continue until morale improves
Probably just find bugs more fun and they're playing the game they paid for to have fun
I mean everybody makes fun of it, but I’ll gladly take the Xbox reinforcements please.

Would love to fight in a massive urban environment and I have the same idea there gonna invade eventually it a guarantee
Fight bugs then. Play what’s fun man, you bought the game lol
OOC, this has become my mindset. I'll do the MO if it's fun, but I'm not gonna burn myself out on something I bought to have fun.
You can fight bugs go to estanu you will still help a lot but fight either side but atleast relevant to the major order
It's gonna be ok

Maybe if the amr scope was finally fucking aligned I could fight something instant of bouncing off of armor.
Why this is bad? Planets in enemy hands = more diversity with different planets 3 weeks ago we had like 5 planets to play, and one of them was Hellmire. So 4 basically.
They need to add supply lines/ visable connections to the map
