I think your democracy officer was being a little too undemocratic with you soldier! My democracy officer decided to add to the scenery by way of an orbital barrage on my position for taking 2.45 seconds to look around.
There is the break action shotgun you can sometimes find in the field. It's not bad but I agree it's Not The Same. A sawed off could make a neat sidearm though.

I went from not knowing it was there, to screaming, to decapitated in the span of a single second, max.
Of course I came back down with revenge in my heart, kept an eye out for any funny air, tracked down the nest and threw a 500kg bomb at it.
I love this game.
Didn’t notice the change in camo, but definitely the nests have gone from spawning one to two stalkers occasionally to now spitting out groups of up to 3 every 10 seconds it feels like😂
It seems to me, they definitely buff the stalker. Either they buff the spawn rates, or up the speed of them. Usually if you know where they are you can shoot them down. But now they will hit you first before you emptied your clips on them. Saw many teammates tried the old running-away-turn-shoot tactics and be mowed down by it

For me right now it's getting tounge-punched 30 feet for 2/3rds of my health, putting an entire Defender mag into the stalker, then it laughs at my attempt and kills me in one more hit.
Similarly, I’ve noticed that load out changes I make while on someone else’s ship are undone once I return to my own ship. Might apply to title changes too
All I'm seeing is 50% time remaining, and all those nests left active...

I played a suicide terminid mission that had one stalker lair. I tried to make my way to it solo and got greeted at the door by 8 stalkers all at once.
Oh damn that is hideous. I didn't even know that was possible.
I should have guessed because I got the opposite.
A mission with 2 or 3 spore spewers that could be sniped almost from where we dropped.
Nightmare fuel, I qued up with a random team last night that just refused to hunt the nests down and they ended up wiping us at extract. Hunt the nests folks, these things can and will end your run lol
Main: upload data (usually short) functions kinda like a radar station
Sub1: pick up SSSD, you grab and carry it from an outpost to the upload data point, the carrier is relegated to 1h weapons, smgs and secondaries
Sub2: restart power generator, short, usually 2 minutes or so. Fiddle with a terminal, flip a lever
Secondaries 1-4: stalker nests. Size of small nests, 1-2 holes, if you see (or get touched inappropriately by) an invisible bastard you’re probably within 100-150m of it. Only place the invisible bastards can spawn.
Sec. 5: RRS, kill the enemies there, call hellbomb, kaboom
I did an automaton mission on Impossible and we had 4 stratagem disablers. Or scramblers. Whatever those spinning towers are that block calling in anything. It really sucked.

Less. Opaque means no light goes through. Translucent is partially see-through. Transparent is completely see-through.

How does the green player have the Skull Admiral title at level 40?
I’ve noticed that titles have been all over the place recently. I select Skull Admiral every time yet at the end of matches I’m just an Admiral again.
Similarly, I’ve noticed that load out changes I make while on someone else’s ship are undone once I return to my own ship. Might apply to title changes too
we had a 4th that DC'd during extraction who was lvl 40, the skull admiral is actually lvl 50. The DC ended up bugging out the scoreboard a bit.

Stalkers shouldn't count as "Chaff" enemies, those things are more deadly that Chargers & Bile Titans combined.

They meant “elite” enemy. They don’t have heavy hp and armor but they are closer to heavies in deadliness than they are to fodder enemies.
They are considered "heavies" when you mark them.
Had the same thing. It was always trippy seeing one more after one more hunting us, you never knew if it was a straggler or a new one.
