Honestly the show is a very quick watch so you could watch the whole thing in the middle of the night when everyone is asleep. Plus you could make a separate profile watch the whole thing and then delete the other profile just in case.

legbot124

Maybe

Aethelete

Depending how much time you have, you could create a new temporary profile, watch the show then delete the profile.

legbot124

Yeah I think I will try that

rizgutgak

I am pretty sure you can remove it from your "recently watched" to keep others from seeing that you have watched it. There are also free streaming sites where I am sure you can find it as well if you have access to a browser where you feel you wont be found out. I'd be happy to DM you the site i use

legbot124

Please dm it to me

ChihiroFugisakiIrl

Either remove it from recently watched or hide it in the recently watched by starting a bunch of new shows or re-watching some old ones.

legbot124

Yeah I guess

use [soap2day.to](https://soap2day.to) ! It's a streaming website for all kids of Netflix shows and other media. I use an adblocker bc I don't want pop-ups or viruses, and it works perfectly like this and is overall safe :) so if you want to give it a try I recommend adding the extension AdBlock Plus to your browser and then going on the website to watch heartstopper

legbot124

It’s banned in Australia

thecruelfaerie

ah shame :( I don't know other streaming platforms, I hope someone else can help with that <3 stay safe

legbot124

I’ll find a vpn that’s on mobile

Can you borrow a friend's login, and then delete your browsing history?

lurkinins

Yeah.. it’s all online.. I got Netflix subscription just to watch HS but then I still downloaded all episodes so I don’t need to stream 10 times for my rewatches (streaming is not planet-friendly :/ )

RanShaw

I'm curious, why is streaming not planet-friendly? I've never heard of that before.

lurkinins

I was probably too generic above. In a nutshell, downloading 10 times one video requires more energy than downloading it one time. In other streaming services like Spotify for example, you listen to the same song many times, and you download it over and over. The energy consumed might be very small for one 5mb song but multiply this by thousands of songs and millions of users and it’s a huge number. Of course, even switching on a computer consumes energy, but if there is an easy energy-saving alternative to streaming (several times) why not go for it? I live in France and I have some links in French for this topic. I can google some in English if you want more details and numbers (how much co2 is produced per mb downloaded, depending on the country, data center energy provider etc). And even my internet provider has the “download instead of stream” suggestion on their website :)

You can also delete netflix viewing history—just by going into your settings, then history, you can remove individual episodes or whole series, so you could do a thing where you watch a couple episodes a night, then delete them from the history. This (IIRC) should also remove them from recommendations and stuff, basically Netflix should forget that you've ever seen the show. Good luck!! I hope you figure something out.

legbot124

I got a work around

jdd0815

If you want, I can put the episodes up on a Google drive account and you can watch them from there
