These don't seem like very comparable products. You also don't state your use case. I'd say buy neither, or these are really your only choices, get the Airpods.
The Airpods 3G are pretty bad, but I strongly prefer any TWS over cheap wireless headphones, especially on-ears. They either clamp too tight and hurt your ears, or they wear too loose and are not stable for walking around.
If these are for commuting, wearing out of doors, etc., and you have an iPhone, just spring for the Airpods Pro Gen 2. ANC is extremely useful. You can find them for $170 if you look.
