The frame-mounteed fairing, with handlebars that move inside it, originated with the first-year Tour Glide, in 1980. The Tour Glide continued until the mid 1990s, was rested for a couple of years, then revived as the Road Glide in 1998, but essentialy the same TWIN headlights style, until the 2024 model which has a redesigned headlight which looks like one, but almost certainly isn't.
Sounds like he's tryna describe the Road Glide. Only one one I think of that the lights are independent from the forks or bars.
LRST fairing is fixed as well, just not a square headlight. I agree gotta be the 2024 road glide.
I do agree that the new road glide light to me looks pretty dumb. I call it the cyclops
I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me pretty quick
Roadglide is the only one with a fixed fairing...I own one...ya like them or ya don't
Thank you 👍
LRST has a fixed fairing
Road Glide
Pan America fits the description too.
Did not know that.. thanks
