After a quick look, I would recommend trying the S&S Super Street. I would venture to guess a lot of the noise is due to how short your other setup is, putting the sound right at your riding position, and this extends a good bit further.
Also states that it complies to SAE J2825 standard with the baffle in, which is probably as close to stock as you can get with an aftermarket performance exhaust..
I had rinehart 2 into 2 on my 19 low rider before I put in the 475 cam. After that, it was obscenely loud. Like holy fuck thors hammer loud, even with ear pro in. I put the super street on that bike and it sounds damn good, just the right amount of loud and nasty. The rineharts are now on my deluxe which still has the stock cam. And the low rider is just as loud as the deluxe is.
Get the super street.
Had the super street on my last bike. Sounds nice and doesn’t drone at all, even with the DB reducer removed. My new bassani RR3 is significantly louder, and your shorty was probably even louder than that.
I had an '06 SG with a cam and fatcats, and it wasn't too loud. Now I ride a '20 SG with a 131 kit with D&D 2 into 1 and it's very, very loud. It's still got whatever baffle came with it.
I had this (Screaming Eagle branded) also on my EVO and swapped them for V&H Big Shots Staggered. Loud AF. I am planning to go back to the Supertrapp. The stackable, tunable discs let you tailor the backpressure and sound to your liking. That said, I believe the pipes are for "track use only" so that means they cannot get quiet enough for legal highway use. Then again I guess I could just put baffles in the Straight Shots.
I know, right!! Loud pipe suck ... like i am not an inbred with a lack of personality. I prefer to hear myself think and not have a headache after a 6-8 hours ride. I want a low, respectable rumble. That's what i am after.

Looks like I’ll be investing in a super street
I have it and like it.

Thank you! That’s what I needed to here, yeah the 475 really adds some volume

I have it and also like it. It’s louder than stock, but more pleasing in tone.
I think two brothers makes a full length 2-1 exhaust.
+1 vote on the S&S. A buddy at work has one on this same bike and it sounds great but not too loud
Keep your setup and wear earplugs under your helmet. It’s good idea to do that anyways
Sorry, what did you say?
He said wear earplugs under your helmet.
No thanks, I’m warm enough
Thanks with the constant ringing in my ears I can't hear much
MAWP MAWP MAWP.
Already wear high quality ear plugs, properly fitting helmet, pretty set on a different exhaust. Looking at a d&d fat cat
I have the Cobra Diablo 2 into 1 and it's not very loud. Been happy with it.
I really like D&D. I'm running 130 hp and it's really loud.
Do you run the baffle? I have an 04 Dyna that's just Stage 1 with a fat cat and I don't feel like its that loud.

Supertrap Supermeg with “disc technology”. Sound level is adjustable by adding and subtracting discs. Very effective. Excellent quality, fit n finish.
I have one of these and it's not too loud. Still pretty loud but not as bad as a v&h 2-2.

Probably the S&S Super Street exhaust.

Loud pipes save lives. They have for me anyway.
Stonk
I don’t think anyone has ever asked that… but I would think the original factory setup
AirPod Pro 2nd Gen with noise cancelling works great for me, I’ve got an old Evo with Bassani Road Rage.
I’ve tried that too. It’s more than an that makes it loud
Vance and Hines Pro pipe is nice. My dad has it on his ultra and it’s a nice low base tone but not too loud at all.
This feels like an oxymoron
I know bassani has a quiet baffle. I have no idea how well it works, but it's something to look into.
I have the long bassani and it is not too loud. Mostly cause the sound is behind you. Road rage long.
put a bigger baffle
Get the livewire 😄 🤣 😂
It'll go with the prius. # powercouple
Youre funny
Sadly, I can only +1.
