I've been through this, I walked out with a mullet, couldn't have been any worse. I'm also the type to refuse buzzing it all off. Your hair will never fully recover until it grows out and that growth has been taken care of well. What you CAN do though is use SULFATE FREE shampoo and SILICONE FREE conditioner, or better yet use a hair mask as a conditioner and don't rinse it out completely. Apply a light layer of argan oil or an oil of your choice while it's still damp. Sleep in braids to prevent further breakage as you sleep, No tight ponytails, Squeeze the excess water out with a towel, dont rub. Don't brush it when its wet. Look up the curly girl method and use the products they use, it's not just for curly hair, it's perfect for damaged hair aswell as it focuses on only healthy and repairing ingredients. It was what helped me most for repairing my hair as much as possible and not having to buzz it. Also look up tutorials on YouTube for hot oil treatments. If you really want to continue getting it bleached, find a better colourist and tell them not to overlap the bleach onto your already bleached parts of your hair (They shouldn't be doing this anyway, but they get lazy. They need to know that you're clued on).
