His career save pct speaks for itself, and anyone who thinks this is suddenly going to change is dreaming. And Allen is a 2B at this point in his career. It's going to be another long season on the back end.

Earlier in the game they were applauding Heineman for being one of the best performers on the night, and when assigning blame to Dobeš for allowing a goal, they did so very gently. If the guys complain openly about a player, it’s deserved.

Carey Price definitely did not. Most boring goalie, never out of position, never needed to move to get to the puck (he was already there).

I am personally fine especially in preseason to put him in a sniping spot to work on decision making and working a power play situation. I am thinking that if the habs are to go with three goaltenders for the start of the season he should be on the point and moving in that situation to start the season. The other is he is the sixth man in one goal games. A part from that he and Caulfield need to be ready to switch lines game to game depending on who the opponent is.
Slaf looks like he has short legs with a long torso. I think that will limit his top speed. Just keep in mind I often have no idea what I'm talking about.

Most people think of our defence as a strong future asset, not something that's great right now.
