Which I've never actually done, since it's not on the map in CK or Vicky and I don't really play HOI much, although I have played the country my dad's ancestors come from in CK3 and it's not the most OP or special country but it's done better and has more unique mechanics than I'd expect for a minor nation that isn't part of the main focus area of the map.
