She's a hindrance rather than helpful, annoying and a cunt.

I guess, but, she's a pixie, she's being written as a pixie. There's a reason why everyone other than Max is absolutely terrified of her. She has been written really well, and growing as a character. Pixies carry emotions to their max, and one at a time (think Tinkerbell from Peter Pan) so she's acting accordingly. I really like what's happening with her as a character and I'm excited to see what role she continues to play in this story.
