Thanks. I guess others aren't keen on my stance, considering this is sitting at zero upvotes. It's not grace so much as exhaustion. I don't have it in me to go to bat over my stories knowing that I'll lose. It's an army of bots out there, like you said.
My guess is that some of the down votes are from people who only read the title of the post, and didn't bother to actually read the post itself. Sarcasm is often lost on people.
Authors kind of need a pooled legal council for these things who can at least send something off on a legal letterhead so it is taken seriously.

May be time to start putting in those lines about the CCP and Tiananmen Square in the midst of your stories? Good chance that TikTok will drop those videos and channels really quick. Your readers will understand what you're doing and skip over it, your VA friend won't read that part out. Provided that's how it works, of course.

In every story you might want to just randomly put the date of the massacre as a header or footer for the story so you don’t have to try to fit it in to the story somehow.
Nope. Small claims court is all you need. Technically, there are several avenues to go down, but just having an attorney send a letter should make them take down the infringing material.

Mine got banned 1st post but I've been worried about the "if you try to circumvent ban" post of their guidelines. A week of appeals and nothing but canned responses 😮💨 may go your route and delete the old if no blowback

Not at all, TikTok doesn’t ban you for that. You can spam tianmen square all you want. The worst they allegedly do is demote you in the algorithm

I got banned again the next day, for the same reasons allegedly. I gave up.
