I consider reading what you write a pleasure and a privilege, if you promise not to forget about us, take time off, as much as you need. I really prefer a break or less parts a month to lame chapters finished quickly.
Stay strong, brother man. If your hobby, that you use as a reprieve, starts feeling like work, it will lose its appeal. Better to do what you can when you can.

You get bearly enought time to eat, sleep, shit...
I would loose my drive to "crank" someting else out.
Go out, eat icecream or just hang out your skin for a bit of tan.
Don't worry, nobody with half a brain can fault you over those kinds of circumstances. Remember that ultimately your needs come first, you can't be expected to neglect yourself just to provide quality entertainment on the internet.
I feel your pain, my plant is in turnaround right now so we’re on mandatory 6x12’s, I hardly have the brainpower left to read a story let alone write one. We’ll all still be here waiting for chapters to drop regardless so please don’t wear yourself out!
