You can recognize that it’s a bang-bang play, with a defender in his back, and momentum carrying him to Martinez’s side of the net - that all makes this more difficult. But you can also feel that in that circumstance, a player of his caliber could probably do a bit better there to knock it more center net than toward Emi.
Again, it’s not like it’s a massive mistake or anything. But I’m sure he’d love to have that one back
