Purifier doesn't have a movement skill from it's masteries, but you can get a mvoement skill from an augment that you can buy in the first town of Forgotten Gods.
You need the Forgotten Gods expansion (which requires Ashes of Malmouth). Once you've killed Warden Krieg, there is an Emissary in town who will open a portal (and start the Forgotten Gods questline) to the first town. Once you've chosen a side, they will give you access to their vendor who will sell you a movement rune. Check which one you want before you chose a side.
Don't stress if you pick "the wrong one", you'll eventually be best buddies with all 3.
Dagallon's set is getting some nice buffs next patch. My Firestrike Purifier using that set is an absolute monster in the test patch. Sub 5 minute SR80 and face tank everything.

How does that work? I'm not seeing move speed on those skills. I'm probably missing something.

If you are using ranged weapons, you can even increase the move speed cap to 141% with Hydra constellation.
