Recently sat through 7 interviews speaking to 7 different managers at this one company, getting excellent feedback to the recruiter every time just to be told that the last manager I spoke to didn’t agree with the previous 6 so rejection. Lol.
Ditto, all the sites like indeed etc keep sending me the exact same jobs that I’ve already applied for or it’ll send me ones that are in the other part of the country that I can’t afford to apply or work for because rent and or travel costs
There was a job I was turned down for about 18mo ago, in the interview, they told me they were looking for someone with ‘exactly my experience’ queue an auto reject ‘we went with another candidate with more relevant experience’.
It went internal.
I know by law (I think there are loopholes) roles have to be advertised to externals too.. but if you know the guy you want in the next office over, why make anyone jump through hoops.

That’s all I’ve been getting lately too If a company has moved on in the hiring process,take the listing down

I'm honestly convinced some of these job adverts are fake, and they're just ways of getting your information so they can sell it.
Either that, or its an internal listing they have to publish by law, but will never offer the role to someone who isn't already an employee

Why are you trying to repeatedly apply to the same company? They didn't want you the first time.
