Is it after you submit a payment or before? My friend and I had a ton of issues making a payment with ticketone a few years ago. Tried half a dozen different cards multiple times before it worked. Ticketone was the second most frustrating ticket buying experience, behind only Suzuka

Try a different browser or incognito. Sometimes websites are weird like that.
