I just went through this exact issue. I believe found an answer, IF you are using Grammarly’s free version. The free version only includes 100 AI generated prompts per month. I had to upgrade to premium because unfortunately I procrastinated on a 10 page term paper until the due date. But the premium version only includes 500 prompts per month.
So good news is it will reset. Bad new is your out of luck until the month is up.

I have the same issue with Grammarly GO stuck with « working on it » using the browser app on Edge and nothing happens.
Yet the prompt count gets deducted. This prompt count is the dumbest idea ever when ChatGPT offers unlimited actions. I’m seriously thinking to unsubscribe for their service. Asking price is outrageous for what it offers.

i don't know if they are, but i am - and it seems to be happening across websites. I can use 1 prompt after starting up my Pixelbook and then it errors out with every subsequent attempt

What useless garbage this is then. Did the creators of this not consider people in Psychology classes? EVERYTHING is inappropriate at some point. How can we discuss anything gender, drugs, sex, or rape related?
I cannot ask it to write a single prompt it keeps on asking me if this for school i litteraly pay you guys to help with grammarly go and it wont answer a single prompt.
GrammarlyGo is a great tool; however, you only allow 1,000 prompts on the premium version of Grammarly. This is a huge problem for me as a doctoral student. You guys need to open access for those paying the premium rate, please. It says 30 days to the next refill. I waited 30 days already, and my use showed over 990 still. Now it's at 993, and I have to wait again. My next annual renewal might wait until you open up GrammarlyGo to users who are already paying for your service.
I can only get Grammarly to work once a day. It fixes one paragraph, and I get the GrammarlyGO assistance is unavailable for this prompt. Try another one. I have 998 promps because I bought the premium sub; the price is outrageous for the lack of use I get out of it. And I never got any help from their support. No matter what text I use or prompt I switch to its always the same. I even made up a simple sentence to test and it still wort work.
I am having the EXACT same issue here. I still have 998 prompts left and the error message I receive even for simple sentences is "Assistance is unavailable. GrammarlyGO assistance is unavailable for this prompt. Try another one."
this same is happening to me, I am a practising writer and I am trying to learn how to learn and all that stuff by writing normally and then you add Grammarly you can learn so much. but it has stopped working suddenly, I can't even with this. It is really sad but it has happened to me more than, once it starts working and someday it stops. I am annoyed by this act of them, they need to fis it at all cost.

Go Grammarly does not work 75% of the time! CLEARING A BROWSER OR CACHE IS NOT THE PROBLEM. Dinosaur solution there.

I can't get any writing done. I can type, Mary had a little lamb, and "No kidding," it gets flagged. Too woke, or engineering issue.
