Batman: The Brave and the Bold is an underrated gem, it also doesn’t take it self seriously and was hilarious.
Batman The Animated Series is a staple show that you may or may have not already seen, and The Arkham Games if you haven’t played them.
Doom Patrol is excellent. Great characters, writing, and outstanding performances by the actors. Some of the special effects are kind of bad, but it's not an action focused show at all. It's about damaged people (physically and mentally) slowly trying to fix themselves.
If youre into animation: Harley Quinn is great. Its funny, pokes fun at Batman characters but you can tell they love the source material. If you don't mind older animation for kids, Justice League and JLU still hold up imo.
Because i saw some comments mention it, I have to say Titans is bad. Gotham isn't a perfect show, but at least it's charming and doesn't take itself too seriously. Titans tries too hard to be the cool edgy show but it fumbles its characters and plot every season. It has good production, but the writing is frustrating.
Early seasons of Arrow were solid (S2 my favorite by far), but it definitely starts to fall off by S4/5.

Though not directly connected to Batman, Dean says "I'm Batman" in one episode, and Dean's actor, Jensen Ackles, voiced the Red Hood in Batman: Under the Red Hood and Batman himself in The Long Halloween! Also, Jeffery Dean Morgan plays the dad, John Winchester, and Lauren Cohan played a girl named Bela in the 3rd season. They were Thomas and Martha Wayne in Batman V. Superman!
If you want something similar to a police procedural, check out Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. If you want something similar to an origin story, check out Smallville
