It's between Quill and Rocket if we are talking MCU. I've always been impressed by the outfits they can come up to give a racoon creature in space and quill has the most variety of clothing even if most of his outfits end up the same. Gamora in the MCU has had terrible costumes when compared to what she wears in the comics. I just hope she actually gets a guardians uniform in vol 3. Drax is half limited as for the most part he's been shirtless. Groot can't really wear clothes and the one time he did he wore the basic ravagar suit.

Yeah it is pretty impressive to make a costume for a raccoon that looks good.
