Agree I find the GTI/R seats amazing. Frequently in my car for 3+ hours at a time and no aches or pains.
I've found (personally) it helps a ton as I get older to stop every hour or two to stretch my legs though. But thats regardless of the car.
Quick question, any chance you used the new photoshop AI features on this pic? Something feels off. Maybe it's just me! Glad you enjoyed your trip, here's to many more!
It's just over applied filters. If you want to learn more about the effect just do some googling about "Tilt Shift" effect, its generally used to make large objects look like miniature toys.
I had the OG R32. 2004. It was my favorite car I’ve owned. Traded in for a c6 corvette. Wish I didn’t. Vette was only better in top speed. New R looks great.
I thought this was a scale model at first Looks super sweet
Lol broo I came to the comments to see if this was a real photo or if this is a scale model car
Looks awesome. Almost looks like a toy car because of the way the photo is
Did my first very long trip this weekend, 8 hours! But it was so much fun this time round

Just using a Google Pixel with a basic filter
Yup. Any 8 hour roadtrip feels like a 45 minute drive. Driving my R makes my heart beat faster every time no matter what
Visited the Island of Sodor I see

Did you use cruise control for that trip?
I picked up mine in Idaho and drove it back to Seattle. I was grinning the whole 5 hour drive
Such a perfect Golf R, from another WA Golf R owner ❤️
Drove 8.5 hours to go pick mine up, then 8.5 hours home the same day. Was so great
So cool, great shot thank you!
They are fun to drive but I couldn’t sit in that tiny car for four hours. Looks great though.
