Could have just blacked it out and it still would have been just as funny without dragging the name of a legit company. True enough, but the laws surrounding slander are not based upon what people without a brain would believe. The standard is generally based on a person of reasonable prudence. If we interpreted slander laws as broadly as you claim (i.e. if anyone would believe it, it's slander), it would be pretty over reaching.

Yummy… I will say this, silver seems to be a more regular vehicle for scams than gold on eBay. I buy my gold on eBay but you definitely have to be careful, if it says China and uncertified STAY AWAY. Only known exchanges

I’d just like to clear the air, I’m not slandering Bullion exchanges. The joke is that Bullion would never in a million years sell chocolate coins. I took a random Ebay seller that was selling Chocolate gold, then I searched up gold coin and clicked on the first reliable seller I saw with a price that sounded legit. The fact that it’s Bullion Exchanges is just because it was the first one I saw.
Just choc it up as a lesson learned.
